This proposal discusses sustainable leadership and proposes the implementation of a leadership development programme for women and BAME staff at Tesco. It explores leadership theories such as charismatic leadership and transformational leadership, as well as the normative decision model in management theory. The proposal highlights the benefits of leadership development programs and their role in promoting diversity and enhancing overall business productivity. The objective is to provide leadership positions to women and BAME staff, boost their confidence and motivation, and strengthen the bond between employees and the organization.
