other hand, it can achieve the sustainability of social culture, ecology and also local economy. It

Conflict of interest refers to situation under which an individual or firm involves in many
interests and also serving the one interest that could be include working against the another.
Under this, personal interest of person can adversely impact duty that owned to make the
effective decision for benefit of third party (Mowforth and Munt, 2015). Under this, conflict of
interests can be arise when there are various stakeholders with the different goals. In this, there
are many different stakeholders included in the tourism development of Qatar and they all have
the different interests.
Government and Travel and Tourism Organisation- Under this, interest of government
is on developing economy of Qatar country with the help of tourism development. For the
development purpose, it sets some policies and strategies to provide the legal support for
development. On the other hand, travel and tourism firms try to engage in those activities which
can help in enhance growth of their business. Their main focus is on improving the productivity
of business. This kind of collaboration bring the conflict among parties.
Employees and Employers interests conflict- Under this, there is a conflict of interest
among employer and employee related to training. In order to enhance skills and knowledge,
employees need training but on the other hand according to employer there is more cost
involved in order to provide them training. It will reduce motivation level of employees and

enclave tourism in Qatar country mention below:
Little contact with local community and culture- The enclave tourism does not support
the local business and it is not more connected with the local culture as well as community. In
addition to this, visitors in five star hotel and ships are enclave in order to meet with their
requirements so that local hotel do not get chance to elaborate social values as well as culture
with tourists (Spenceley, 2012).
Leakages on financial resources and other resources- The enclave tourism give

importance to those people which are financial viable and able to spend more as comparison to
local people. It does not want to enhance productivity of local market as it is a moral issue. On
the other hand, enclave tourism does not provide the travelling facilities to local people because
they are not able to provide more finance and it is an ethical issue.
Loss of social values- In the enclave tourist, there is not more interaction among the
local people and tourists. Its makes reduction in earning of local people and loss of the social
values. In addition to those local community have not bet benefit from enclave tourism because
it remain restricted and tourists are not aware about the social values of local places in Qatar

Political change- Under this, government of Qatar should develop the attractive policies
for tourists like low exchange rate, tax payment and many others. In context to Philippines,
government should make the policies and take effective actions to remove terrorism so that
visitors can travel in this country freely without any fear.
Economic change- The Qatar should reduce the tax rate so that visitors need not to be
pay more, resolve water problem, proper climate etc. It will help in resolve economic problem of
this country. In context to Philippines, it should develop the better sanitation conditions and also
control of the pollution as well as green house gases emission.

Social change- In sustainable tourism planning, involvement of the stakeholders is a
main way to create strong relationship with them and it will be helpful in minimizing negative
effect. Through this, future tourism development of Qatar country will be improved. On the other
hand, government or tourism organisations of Philippines should take initiative to develop
awareness about preserve rich and cultural heritage. In addition to this, it can make planning the
suitability and develop positive image in mind of visitors.

It has been concluded from the above mention report that sustainable tourism is helpful in
develop the tourism and its main focus on social, economic and environmental development of
destination places in Qatar. There has been discussion about the different stakeholders included
in business of tourism such as tourists, government, business organisation etc. Partnership of
public and private sector provides some benefits as well as disadvantages to the tourism
development. In order to measure the impact of tourists, there has been studied about the
different ways for an instance, questionnaire, report published through tourism authorities,
observation and many others. In this mention report studied about the different factors which can
hinder or prevent the sustainable tourism development in detailed manner. In order to resolve the
conflict on interest, some methods has been discussed to assure future well-being of the
developing tourism destination in Qatar country.
