The impact of human resource management (HRM) on environmental performance was investigated in this study. The authors found that HRM practices, such as learning and development initiatives, are positively related to environmental performance. The study also highlighted the importance of employee-level variables, including job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and perceived organizational support, in predicting environmental performance. Overall, the findings suggest that HRM plays a crucial role in promoting environmentally responsible behavior among employees and ultimately, improving an organization's environmental performance.
