Introduction
The New Access system is a project which has been developed with a very high level of
innovation and the system also helps in the tracking the mental health of the youth of the area.
Hence the system would be making use of a database that would provide the doctors and the
hospitals in the system to gain efficient data about the patients prior to their appointment with the
doctors. This database would also be accessible by the patients so that they would be able edit
their data which has been recorded in the database. In addition to this, the system would able to
record the details of the patients who are located at the remote locations. The report consists of
the discussion of the new system that would be developed for the organizations.
The report consists of the stakeholder analysis, the stakeholder map, the stakeholders
interest and use case description and the use case diagram for the description of the analysis of
the system for the organization.
Stakeholder Analysis
The stakeholders are very important part of the system as they would be ones for whom
the system us being designed for. In addition to this, the system requirements can be defined by
the analysis of the stakeholders who would be involved in the system and hence the different
level of stakeholders have been mapped differently in the stakeholder map. The stakeholders can
be categories into four categories namely the external administrative stakeholders who would be
performing the administrative roles and would be of higher authority however they would not be
connected directly to the system and hence the consideration as the external administrative
stakeholder is made. In addition to this, there are stakeholders who are involved directly with the
system but are not able to perform the tasks that of the higher authorities and hence they can be
termed as the Internal operations stakeholders. The External operations stakeholders are the ones
who would not be linked directly with the procedures of the system and neither would they be
involved any of the administrative procedures of the organization. The internal administrative
stakeholders are the ones who would be connected directly with the system and also they would
be able to perform the administrative tasks.

performance and association with the system and it is described below:

Stakeholder Interests
The stakeholder list and the description of the interests of the stakeholders have been
discussed below:
Stakeholder Description
Caseworker The caseworkers are the ones who would be associated with the
patients and the activities such as registration of the patients on the
system and updating the details of the patients on the system.
Patients The patients are thought of as the internal operations stakeholders
of the system as the organization had been considered for them and
the records which are stored in the arrangement and hence the
choice.
Local Government The local government is the one type of stakeholder who would be
benefitted from the deployment of the overall system, as they are
the ones who would be monitoring the system and also they would
try to force the advancement of the people of the people of the area
in the field of medicines and healthcare.
Sponsors Sponsors are the stakeholders who fund the association and are not

partners.
Board of Directors The board of directors are associated with the direct functioning of
the system and hence they are the internal executive stakeholders.
Medical Board The doctors cannot continue with the system except, they devise a
medical board for assisting them in their work. The direct
association of the medical board makes tem the External

System administrator System administration organization are the individual(s) that are in
charge of suitable activity of the system and has all control of the
system vested in their grasp which they use on mandates of control
board. Their immediate connection with the system gains them a
situation in internal administrative stakeholders.
Doctors The doctors are one of the most important stakeholders of the
system as all of the task of the system revolves around them and
this makes them the internal operational stakeholders of the system.
Technical Staffs The technical staffs are the ones who would be associated directly
with the system and they would be termed as the internal
operational stakeholders.
Nurses The Nurses are the ones who would be associated directly with the
system and they would be termed as the internal operational
stakeholders.
Medical director The Medical directors are the ones who would not be associated
directly with the system and they would be termed as the external
executive stakeholders.

Questionnaires Introduction Statement
The doctors are one of the most important stakeholders of the system, as they are the ones
who would be operating the system and would also be performing the tasks on the system. The
questionnaire is developed and directed towards the doctors for the collection of the necessary
feedback about the development of the system. (Missonier & Loufrani-Fedida, 2014).

The following questionnaire is to be provided to the targeted stakeholders for receiving the
desired feedback for the further improvement of the system:

3. How would to like to evaluate the current scenario.
4. What is the best aspect of the system?

6. How would rate the economic benefits of the system?

9. Please provide some suggestions for the improvement of the system.
10. What additional features are to be added to the system for the benefit of the patients?
