• Manager of the company should make sure that they are providing
feedbacks to their employees timely so that they also know that where
improvement is required.
• When HR is giving any advertisement for the vacancy opening then it
should be attractive
• When company will post attractive advertisement then it will help to
attract more talented candidates. Content of the post should be excellent.

• In order to recruit right candidate HR should increase the number of tests. Along with computer
test HR should also take such test so that they can check knowledge and skills of employees.
• Effective communication is the way to success so managers of the company should make sure
that they are providing freedom of speech to their workers.
• If employees are not allowed to share their views and opinions then they get frustrated and also
leaves the organisation.

• This research is conducted through qualitative research
method.
• Primary and secondary both research has been conducted
to collect the data for research.
• For the purpose of primary data collection questionnaire
has been distributed among participants.

• Through this report it can be concluded that talent management has become necessity
nowadays.
• There are various TM strategies which company can use to retain and recruit good
candidates.
