coronavirus has on a company's success and growth. As a result, the COVID 19
scenario affected team morale, which had a detrimental influence on output.
To suggest some effective personnel management tactics that HILTON HOTEL
may use to increase its business by reducing the risk posed by Covid-19.
According to “Sudhir Andrews, (2021),” Hilton hotel employs a number of excellent
personnel management tactics in order to achieve success and mitigate the risk posed
by COVID 19. The first and most important tactic is to develop loyalty among
employees by demonstrating care and security. For example, Hilton hotel prioritized
employee and customer care, which instills values in employees' minds and
encourages them to stay with the company for a longer period of time. If a company's
management cares for its employees, the employees will contribute to the company's
