Objectives :

● To analyze the challenges faced by managers of Tesco at a time of
employee retention activities.

● Scope : The first aims and objective are made which consist of various
activities that are to be attained by researcher.
● Resources: In this present study, researcher is using resources like books
and journals to collect secondary information.
● Time : For time schedule, investigator is using WBS and Gantt chart to
complete a research on given time period

long time within working environment. It helps in impacting company positively.
In relation with Tesco, their managers are providing effective talent management

management etc. this helps the employees in developing and analysing their
performance.

● Research methodology
Data collection method : Data is collected through primary and secondary
sources. Primary data is collected through questionnaire survey which includes
close ended questions as well as it includes graphs and charts to analyze the
information.
Sampling : In this research, probabilistic sampling is used because it includes
random sampling and which results in providing equal opportunity to every
respondents of being selected in samples. The sample size is 30.

● Recommendation
From the above it can be recommended that Tesco should focus on providing
learning sessions which enhance employee skills and knowledge of a particular
task which they have to perform. They must also provide rewards and
recognition to the employees so that employee get motivate and results in
enhancing their productivity. This will helps them in reducing employees
turnover ratio.

● Conclusion
From the above, it is concluded that company should make effective use of talent
management strategies so that they could retain employee for long time.
Company is using employ engagement programmes and performance
management programmes effectively which helps them in analysing employees
performance effectively. This helps them at a time of rewards distribution.
