This research aims to identify the best talent management strategies for Unilever plc to enhance their performance. The objectives include developing an insight over talent management, determining the best talent management strategies adopted by retail sector firms, analyzing the impact of talent management strategies over the performance of retail sector firms in UK, and recommending effective talent management strategies to Unilever plc. The research methodology includes qualitative research type, inductive and interpretivism philosophies, both primary and secondary data collection, thematic data analysis, and sampling of 20 managers of Unilever by simple random sampling. The recommendations include aligning the talent management efforts with the organisational goals, conducting various activities within the company to ensure that employees can actively participate, and involving the employees and other departmental managers in the decision-making process.
