Task 1/P1: Demonstrate using different communication styles and formats that you caneffectively design and deliver a training event for given target audience.Introduction:Communication skills:Communication is the process of transferring or sharing the information between the peopleor from place to place. The communication may the verbal it means communication maydone in for of voice or written and non-verbal means the communication may be done byusing the body language, gestures, and the tone or pitch of voice. The communication is themost important part of human where the act of transferring the message from one person toanother person can be done or place to place information can be share so to be the goodcommunication skill the person required the good knowledge about the verbalcommunication and non-verbal communication and implement it while communicating toother.Types of communication:

Basically, communication skills divide into two-part verbal communication and non-verbalcommunication.1)Verbal communication: verbal communication is act of sharing information amongthe people trough speaking, video, email, letters, television and telephone. Verbalcommunication can be done in two type one is oral by spoken and another is bywritten by writing document(Smallbusiness.chron.com, 2018). Mainly verbalcommunication is done in spoken way where people and easily interact to each other.Verbal communication is easier to interact with the person because people can easilyunderstand language.2)Nonverbal communication: the act sharing information also can be done in nonverbalcommunication which is little bit difficult because of gesture, body language, posterand facial expression. For example, while in interview for any job the examiner looksthe body language, poster and gesture. Mainly in interview person fit out with formaldress not with rough jeans paint and t-shirt.Hence the person need both skill in there day to day active if the person has only verbalcommunication skill then person may or may not success in their life so person should haveknowledge and implement skills in the daily life.Communication styles: the way of interacting with the people is called the communicationstyles. Types of communication style.1)Passive communication: the communication style where individual avoid feeling,expression. In passive communication individual doesn’t respond hurtful answer andanger in that situation. 2)Aggressive communication: the communication style where individual is allowed toexpress there feeling or opinion and their anger to the people when it is needed.Mainly aggressive communication is done between the owner and worker whereowner become aggressive to the worker. 3)Passive and aggressive communication: the communication style in which individualshow his/her behavior passive communication but from inside he/she is aggressive. Inthis communication style individual show aggressive indirectly not the directly.4)Assertive communication style: the communication in which individual expressfeeling or opinion, fight for the right with out hurting any other. In assertivecommunication style respectful is most important(Uky.edu, 2018).

According to the question or task I have to develop training event for two days where I haveto include the different activities like seminar, workshop, team-building and break outsession. Before I develop training event I have to explain about activities in this event.1)SeminarIn simple word we can say that seminar is gathering of people together for discussionof the training. In seminar different types of activities is done such as confirm thepurpose of the event, discuss about the material required, create event profile, createevent communication(The Balance Small Business, 2018).2)Work-shop work shop is like training event where training event is act of providing knowledgeand doing technical work but in work shop there is just providing basic knowledgeabout the training. Workshop is created to plans, analysis, design the training event.3)Team-buildingteam building means group of people working together to get define objective orgoals. Team building also the important activities for the training event. For example,in training event we need to organized different group such as to provide materialgroup, to work on that material, design the event or organize.4)presentationApresentationis the process of presenting a topic to anaudience. It is typically ademonstration, introduction, lecture, or speech meant to inform, persuade, or buildgood will. The term can also be used for a formal or ritualized introduction oroffering, as with the presentation of adebutante. Presentation viewers can be used tocombine content from different sources into one presentation.5)lectureA lecture is an oral presentation intended to present information or teaches peopleabout a particular subject, for example by a university or college teacher. Lectures areused to convey critical information, history, background, theories, and education’s. Apolitician’s speech, minister’s demon, or even a businessman’s slaws presentationmay be similar in form to a lecture. Usually the lecture content.6)Break out session after starting the event we need to break out the session where we have to need breakout after the 3 hours, 30-minute break should be done. This is the break out session.

For the two days training event I have to implement all the activities which are required.According to task or question I have to develop two days training event and schedule it. Thefigure given below is the picture or schedule of the training done by using the projectmanagement software.This is the time schedule which I have done by using the project management software.According to question I have to plan or develop two days training event so as I given figureshow two days training schedule. In first day I have plan for the different activities such as welcome and introduction, softwareinstallation, basic web design, etc. according to the plan or question program start at 10 amand end at 4 pm. At first, we start the welcome and formal such as introduction of student andtrainer and detail about the what student are going to learn after training which take 1 hoursto complete. Then after this we leave the teacher or trainer to teach. trainer should provide thesoftware packages to every student so, that every student can install in their pc for theinstallation of software to all student computer it may take 1 hours because some problemmay occur while installing. After the installation of the software trainer start the basic web

design class for the 1 hours. After this trainer start to teach basic C# programming languageto students. After finishing the web design and C# programming language there is short breaktime for 30 minutes to all trainer and student. In this time, we mean event planner provide thelunch facilities to the student and teacher. After finishing this we will movie toward the classor hall room for the next activities called basic java programming which take 1 hour’s classafter completing today activities trainer review all the task what are done by the student thisis also called review class which is for 30 minutes hence these are all the activities which Ihave plan for the first day training.In second day the training event start same as 10 am and end at 4 pm where differentactivities took place such as web design, programming and break time. Same as the first daythe program starts with web design training completely for 1 30 minutes and second activitiesadvance C# programming training which is also take 1 hours 30 minutes. Then aftercompleting the C# programming training there is short break which is for 30 minutes. Afterthe break time the training start again with advance java programming training which is heldfor 1 hours 30 minutes. After finishing all the program, the next program starts called friendship game which is played with all the participation student and teacher which takes around 1hours.Hence this is the explanation of two days event which is implement by me and my friendbecause team work helps to perform event handling in better effective and efficient way.Task 2/ P2: Demonstrate that you have used effective time management skills inplanning an event.I have used effective time management skills in planning an event for the two days trainingevents. There are different kind of activities done in two days event of training schedule and Ihave prepare schedule for the two days event training. To manage all the activities effectivelyI had decided to use following things:a)Prioritizing work loadPrioritizing work load mean simply giving more priority to the most important workthen after other. So, in the developing event or implementing event there are alsosome important work which should given more priority to the activities.b)Setting objectives

Setting objectives is also the one of the important activities. With out setting objectivethe define event or plan can’t be success so for the successful event there must be theobjective of every work or activities. Such as setting objectives for the food for thepeople what amount of food is required.c)Planning and scheduling task and activitiesBefore implementing the event, there must be the planning of schedule task andactivities. So, for the two days event training I have plan the schedule and implementit in the event. According to the question I have to prepare the power point slide where I have to sothe effective time management skills in the event.Power point and its explanation.This is the first slide where I welcome all the student and teacher and introduce about ourtraining event what is going for the event.
