INTRODUCTION Teaching,learningandassessmentallthefocusedonimprovingprofessional outcomes and practices for learners as well improving the vocational skills of all the people involved. Teachers have to ensure that the assessments are appropriately linked to the examination requirements for distinct courses. Teachers and educators have to assist learners in understanding how schemes can be interpreted in order to inform their understanding including use of technologies(Asadollahi Kheirabadi and Mirzaei, 2019). The report will aim to analyse the role and responsibility of teachers, inclusive learning, creating safe learning environment, delivering inclusive teaching, evaluating practices in planning and inclusive teachers along with other practices of teaching education and training. Task 1 (a) Role and responsibilities as a teacher Analysis of own role and responsibilities in education and training: As a nursery teacher, I have a specific role and a number of duties which I have to undertake in my everyday practices. These involves the following: Role as a nursery teacher: Nursery teachers a significant importance in the formative years of children. Through preparing educational lessons, activities and playing games as well as facilitating hands on learning activities, the nursery teacher have to cover all the fundamental areas in which a child needs to develop. Nursery teachers plays a significant role in cultivating the next generation through helping children in their early childhood. They are involved on children’s individual development so that no child is left behind in the learning experience(Napal Fraile, Peñalva-Vélez and Mendióroz Lacambra, 2018).
Responsibilities:Thenurseryteachershavetheresponsibilityforenforcementof organizational policies, procedures, preparation and management of learning, supporting learning and record keeping and developing own practices at work. They are also responsible for providing a good learning environment for all the children as well as teach the children ways of interaction as well identification of their own individual needs. They also have to instruct the children in basic educational programs as well teach them to be creative and innovative. Analysis of relationships and boundaries between teaching role and other professional roles: A nursery teacher have to analyse the relationship and the boundaries between their teaching role and the other professional roles which are associated to their roles(Tawafak and et.al., 2018). Personal boundaries- As a nursery teacher have to ensure that they fit under the certain personal boundaries set for their role. Teachers have to ensure that they have all the necessary skills which fit their organizational role. They have ensure that they have confidence as well as appropriate resources which are needed for performing their job roles and responsibilities. They need to have empathy and commitments to whatever they are doing. A nursery teacher needs to have an appropriate amount of experience which is necessary to handle the young children. Professional boundaries- Apart from the personal boundaries, a nursery teacher also have to follow some professional boundaries as well. They should fit appropriately in their job description. They must fulfil their individual and team roles and responsibilities and maintain appropriatecommunicationwithotherprofessionalsaswell.Theyalsoneedtohave appropriate relations with other professionals so that they are able to provide support and referral to students who are in need(García-Morales, Garrido-Moreno and Martín-Rojas, 2021). (b) Relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and code of practices Teachers have to ensure that they are following relevant legislations, regulatory requirements and code of practice which are related to their roles and responsibilities as a nursery teacher. Current government legislation: There are various government legislation which apply to teaching such as follows: Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act (2006): This act ensures that the vulnerable people such as children are safeguarded appropriately. The act ensures the DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) so that criminal backgrounds check is done on everyone who is working with vulnerable people. Organizational code of conduct: The teachers have the responsibility to for adhering to the responsible patterns, code of conduct which are expected form them from organization and their peers as well. Every organization have their own code of conduct which every staff member have to follow. The teaching code of conduct consist of re-awakening the sense of self-esteem, hours, selfless services, moral rectitude and the dignity I teachers. They have to protect the age-long position of leadership and nobility in intellectual and social world. (c) Ways to promote appropriate behaviour, respect for others and value for diversity in education and training Why it is important to promote the appropriate behaviour and respect for others- As a nursery teacher, it is very important to promote appropriate behaviours and respect for others as they can huge influence on children’s early years of development. It is important for children because at that age children do not really understand the differences between being a bully and disrespecting others. This needs to address in the early years as it can help children
in developing open minds which knows the significance of appropriate behaviours and respect for others(Cleland and et.al., 2020). Ways to promote equality and value diversity: The various ways or methods through which the equality and diversity can be valued and promoted are as follows: Tutor involvement- A tutor has be involved in the teaching and provide some flexibility in approaches,providingadditionalresources,providingadditionalresources,recognition additional support needs, community projects and working with others. This will ensure that every student have appropriate access to resources through which they learn importance of maintaining appropriate behaviours. Leaner involvement: Leaners needs to be engaged and empowered as well. The children can be taught behaving appropriately with others through making them work with other students, group work, peer assessment, community projects etc. For Examples: - Group activity, observation of practice, policies and procedures(Wang and et.al., 2018). Establishing standards: If the standards such as policies and procedures, zero tolerance for bullying, modelling of desired behaviours, valuing of individual and equality of opportunity etc. are established, then only children can learn the true meaning of respecting others. Student responsibility- The students’ needs to make responsible for their own behaviours. It can be done through student and group contracts, peer working, inclusion, group ownership, preparation, individual research, peer working, and individual learning log. Establishing and sustaining safe environment- Teachers have to establish and maintain a sustainingenvironmentforchildrenthroughmeetinglegalrequirement,organizational policy, health and safety, risk assessment, maintenance of equipment and modelling best practices. Inclusive environment- Nursery teachers have to create an inclusive environment which involves negotiating group and individual behaviours, managing student, response to needs, prompt response to needs and prompting student responsibility. Through all these techniques, nursery teachers can ensure that the children are behaving appropriately and are respecting others(Potdevin and et.al., 2018). Some examples of inclusive teaching are– The teacher focuses on the small group activities which helps the teacher to observe the individual behaviours of students. Another example is that teacher provides the environment where there is cooperative learning.
Task 2 (a) Importance of identifying and meeting individual learner needs Importance of identifying and meeting individual learner needs in education In nursery teaching, identifying and meeting the individual needs in education are critically important because of following reasons: Identifying learner’s needs: Leaners needs to be identified by educators or teachers so that planning inclusive learning and motivation behind leaners for learning can be understood. It also helps in creating leaner centred process which is as per the individual needs. Meeting leaners’ needs: Meeting needs of leaners is very crucial so that prior knowledge on their needs can be build and wider skills can be developed accordingly. It helps in engaging and motivating leaners as well as helps in identify goals, specific needs and progression opportunities. For example- word storming activities and whole group discussion can be undertaken to identify needs of leaners and then they can be met with the help of appropriate resources(Kaup and et.al., 2020). Advantages and Disadvantages of Initial Assessmentare described as follows – Advantages of Initial Assessment – It motivates the learners to feel positive while achieving the training plan. The role and use of initial diagnostic assessment in agreeing with the learning goals of individual are as follows: Agreeing goals- The initial diagnostic assessment is used for identifying prior achievements, building on current knowledge and skills, addressing knowledge or skills gap ownership of learning and specific leaning needs. This helps in agreeing on common goals between teachers and learners.
For example: Learner led discussion can be used as an evidence for initial diagnostic assessment. In this students are divided into small group of 10-15 students and then they will be observed. Another method can be used is research task- individual or pairs. They should respond appropriately to learners involving leaners and awareness of body language so that information can gathered without any issues(Wang and et.al., 2018). Communication with learning professionals: The teachers should communicate with other professionals in order to negotiating with college on behalf of leaners, specialist support providers, employment agencies, work placement providers, higher education providers, specialist or training providers

The purpose of audio and visual recording helps in understanding the major aspects as to how effectively the assessment is being framed for the students to learn. Benefits –With the help of audio and visual learning, the students learn easily and this helps in addressing that the students are also engaged through this process of learning(Elmahdi, Al-Hattami and et.al., 2018). Limitations –This method calls for the technology which might not support the teaching and the learning practices which are being undertaken. 2. Summative Assessment –In this type of assessment, the overall achievement of the student is being measured which helps in gaining the knowledge of how the students are engaged in learning. This assessment is being done post the learning process. Benefits –It helps in addressing the questions to the answers in which the students are involved. It also helps in knowing that what wrong in the process of learning. Limitations –It does not address other important aspects of how the assessment is to be carried out (Csapó and Molnár, 2019).

The three assessments effectiveness is described as – 1.Written Assessments –Written assessments are important in the process of teaching and learning and teaching which helps in addressing the aspects as to how effective and in appropriate manner the written assessment helps in addressing the teaching and learning process. Written assessments are effective in making learning the process of knowledge and understanding of the students (Villarroel, Bloxham and et.al., 2018).This helps in addressing

Non – Verbal Communication –Non – verbal communication is the communication which is done by facial expressions, hand gestures, postures etc. Written Communication –Written communication is the communication which is done by sending the messages through reports, bulletins, circulars etc. Three media of communicationare described as follows – News Media –It is the media of communication which delivers the news to the target audience or the public which is general. It is the content which is written about the media. Social Media –It is the digital tool such as website or app which helps in creating content to the public and shares the information to them. Web Media –It is the form of communication which uses visuals, texts and audio on the web at large scale so as to deliver the information. Task 8 a) Analysing the effectiveness of teaching and learning approaches used in the delivery and assessment of teaching and how individual needs of learner are met Teaching and learning helps in addressing the aspects of how the students are addressing the learning process to be conducted effectively. Teaching and learning approaches helps in addressing the effects as to how the changes are being addressed in the system of learning and valuing the process of learning. There are these three approaches which are being addressed in the manner for making the teaching and learning process effective at large scale. The approaches are described as follows – Appropriate to Content –Appropriate to content is the approach which is explained in the process of teaching and learning and this constitutes vocational standards, subject knowledge, assessment opportunities, opportunities for work – based learning (Munro, 2018).It is very necessary for the teachers that they teach the appropriate content to the students which helps them to gain knowledge and understanding of the subject at large scale within the structure of classroom. When the content is appropriate, the teaching and learning process becomes easy for the students and the teachers. This approach is also needful for the aspect as to how effectively and in appropriate manner the content is being framed and created by the teacher for making the students learn about various things in the manner of learning and education. With the help of following such aspects of learning and teaching, there are certain measures which are being considered at large scale and this helps in evaluating that what are the students learning from the subject which is being undertaken (Kanakana- Katumba and Maladzhi, 2019).Therefore, the individual needs of the learner is satisfied which helps in promoting the learning process and this creates value for the understanding of how effectively and in appropriate manner the changes are being taken into consideration and how actively the students are engaged in the process of learning at large scale. It is very important to satisfy the individual needs of the learners so that they are able to contribute towards the process of learning and deliver positive results.
Thus, the needs of the learner should be satisfied so that they are able to gain knowledge and are engaged in learning the processes of delivering effectively the roles of being a learn and studying in the classroom (Kumari, Ariyarathna and et.al., 2020).The learners’ needs are satisfied which helps in addressing the values of knowledge and education which are being taken into consideration at large scale for knowing the aspects of learning and teaching. Along with this, there are various skills which are made valuable for denoting and improving the skills which the learner is focusing upon. The learner with the help of focusing on the major points which are taken into consideration helps in improving the skills at large scale in an appropriate manner. The individual needs are met to address the aspects of growth and development which helps in addressing the knowledge and understanding for the subject. b) Reviewing the effectiveness of practice in planning, delivering and assessing inclusive teaching and learning The effectiveness in the practice in planning, delivering and assessing inclusive teaching and learning are being denoted when the meeting needs of the learner are satisfied at large scale and this helps in knowing that how effectively and in appropriate manner the needs of the learners are met. The practical skills are being implemented and this helps in addressing the aspects as to how the learners are able to gain knowledge and understanding of the teaching process which is being taken as it helps in providing the ample of opportunities such as improving the skills of the learners. c) Identify the areas of improvement to enhance your practice and state five steps which will be taken for continuous development Improvement in the own practice in planning helps in delivering the positive aspects as to how the process of improvement can be done to enhance the practice. Team working to support the development process, internal verification at planning stage, sharing the planning models are some of the ways through which improvement to enhance the practice of teaching is being analysed at large scale within the process of teaching and learning (Raja and Nagasubramani, 2018).With the help of this, there are certain aspects as to how effectively and in appropriate manner it is very important to enhance the practice which is being undertaken. For continuous development there are five steps which are being undertaken at
large scale and this helps in creating value for the learning process which has been framed by the teacher for gaining the knowledge and understanding of students at large scale. The five steps which are taken for continuous development areconsidered as - Theevaluation is to be done in appropriate manner so that the process of teaching is taken into account at large scale. For continuous development line management support and peer working is to be addressed so that the process of teaching is being undertaken in an effective and significant manner (Ping, Schellings and Beijaard, 2018). Effective strategies should be framed which helps in addressing thathow effectively and in efficient manner the continuous improvement is analysed and evaluated. Updating the requirements which are required in the process of teaching and learning is known in effective manner. The overall results should be taken into consideration which helps in knowing that all measures of teaching and learning are analysed at large scale. Therefore, these are some major steps which are taken for the continous improvement in teaching and learning as it helps in understanding and knowing thatall major aspects of learners learning the skills and incurring the abilities are being undertaken at large scale (Ping, Schellings and Beijaard, 2018).The continuous improvement in the process of teaching and learning helps in delivering the major aspects as to how the learners are guided in such manner that learners are able to address the value for process of education and teaching is enhanced at large scale. Therefore, with the five steps helps in addressing that how the improvement takes place in ensuring the measures which are undertaken for the teaching and learning process.
