Teaching, learning and assessment is referred to the teaching qualification that posses a
training or teaching practice requirement. It is defined as an “ in Service” qualification which is
designed for those people which wishes to be trainer and teacher in UK. Candidate which are
able to successfully complete this qualification will be able to became a qualified teacher. In this
context, candidates are needed to embed different principles and theories associated with
teaching, assessment and learning (Baldwin, 2016). This report will cover about investigation
practices in own area of speciality. Also, principles, theories and model of learning, assessment
and communication are needed to plan inclusive learning and teaching. Different theories of
behaviour management are applied so that safe and inclusive learning or teaching environment
can be sustained. Beside this, various models and theories associated with assessment in training
and education are discussed. At last, expectations related with minimum core in assessing,

Innovation and creativity are important aspects in teaching area as different techniques
including creativity and innovativeness helps the students to learn various concepts in an easier
manner. Educators either in schools or colleges can bring different techniques of innovation so

only factor which is needed by an expert but it is an influential way to bring innovative aspects
within classrooms. Beside this, a creative innovator is able to create an appropriate learning
environment. Creative teachers are capable to construct assessable data so that a specific solution

In order to look and acknowledge documents for diagnostic and initial assessment,
teachers are required to identify their major roles along with responsibilities of diagnostic
assessment so that suitability of a specific person can be maintained in a proper manner. Initial
assessment is referred as a technique or tool which is used by learner to acknowledge their level
of improvements in a particular subject. It will allow the tutors to use different facts and
information so that selection process in be performed in an appropriate manner (Brown, Bull and
Pendlebury, 2013). Assessment is required to calculate results of chosen qualification and

perfect teacher. By completing these necessities, every individual can formulate and
develop their knowledge and skills so that their goals can be achieved due to better
performance. Delivery model: There are different delivery models which can be used by teacher so that
appropriate and required knowledge or education can be given to every learner in a
proper manner (DeMonte, 2013).
Internal and external requirement: The internal requirements are concerned with
various kind of characteristics such as group size, procedures, resourcing, time tabling,
curriculum model etc. These different activities are concerned with learning as well as
teaching must be assigned to staff in a proper manner. External requirements are related
with skill content, knowledge, vocational standard, awarding organisation etc. If

Planning is referred as an effective approach which helps in determining guidelines for
individual learning so that enhancement practice for knowledge can takes place. In order to
create effective classroom development practices, I am planning to implement approaches such
as assess, deliver, evaluate and plan. It is important for me to implement desired models and
theories so that positive relation with learners can be sustained. I am going to implement
relationship facilitator model which is referred as a procedure model to develop a strong link
between tutor and student. I am also needed to manage my behaviour for students so that
independent learning practice can be applied. Also, I am required to follow high quality
facilities for my students which promotes safe learning environment (Kilpatrick, 2014).
