INTRODUCTIONTeaching, learning and assessment is referred to the teaching qualification that posses atraining or teaching practice requirement. It is defined as an “ in Service” qualification which isdesigned for those people which wishes to be trainer and teacher in UK. Candidate which areable to successfully complete this qualification will be able to became a qualified teacher. In thiscontext, candidates are needed to embed different principles and theories associated withteaching, assessment and learning (Baldwin, 2016). This report will cover about investigationpractices in own area of speciality. Also, principles, theories and model of learning, assessmentand communication are needed to plan inclusive learning and teaching. Different theories ofbehaviour management are applied so that safe and inclusive learning or teaching environmentcan be sustained. Beside this, various models and theories associated with assessment in trainingand education are discussed. At last, expectations related with minimum core in assessing,delivering and planning inclusive learning along with reflection to evaluate own practice oflearning and inclusive teaching is mentioned. TASK 11.1 Describe aspects of different pedagogical principles in the own specialism areaPedagogy is referred to the approach which is related with the communication andinteraction within students, teachers along with their learning tasks and environment. There aredifferent principles which are associated with good pedagogical approaches. Some of theseprinciples are discussed below: Motivation – This is an important aspect that is needed while teaching students. In caseof mathematics, there are various practices that can not be accomplished if teacher is notencouraging and motivating. Hence, motivation is treated as an important pedagogicalprinciple while teaching. Criticism – There are different requirements for criticism in students and teacher duringlearning or teaching sessions because there are various things which takes place withinclassroom that may not be liked by the student or educator (Bellotti and et. al., 2013). Direction of activity – Teacher is referred to an individual which provides direction to thestudent so that different activities can be performed in a proper manner.
