INTRODUCTION
Organising and developing resources for teaching helps in designing the appropriates
resources used for teaching into the specialist areas. Resources used for teaching to various
learners are mainly supporting material which provides better learning to students about the
academics pursuing in the classroom. The specialist area chosen for teaching the subject as
marketing management to all the learners for further education. This report provide detail about
the explaining the purpose of teaching and learning. Evaluating the effectiveness of specific
resources for meeting learning needs of individual in teaching the marketing management. Also,
analysing various principles for designing resources, with evaluating sources of resource
development. Further, analysing ways for adapting the inclusive approach for teaching the
marketing management to all the learners. Further, reviewing ways of sharing resources with
other professionals. Further, it also specifies about the portfolio evidence with designing various
resources for teaching students in classroom, with employing various resources for engaging and
evaluating the effectiveness of own designed with identifying strengths and weakness. Lastly
designing action plan for developing skills in teaching students about the marketing

Teaching resources mainly used for supporting the content and providing better learning
to students. Various teaching resource as of teaching marketing management helps in providing
visuals arts also provide various opportunities for developing the ITC skills with generating
memorable environment. Using teaching resources as of books, various hand written notes,
teaching with presentation, using the digital tech boards, the white boards also using various
Commercial examples and recording platforms as by using radio programs for teaching the
marketing perspectives with examples. As teaching with using visually the main aim is to engage
better to all the learners in the classroom, also it helps in supporting and retaining information of
various concept of marketing management. Further by teaching as with using the white boards
also using the radios helps in providing real life experience to all the learners as engaging better
to all the students as by providing visual and audio visual learning helps in better engaging
students in active learning the classroom.
Learning resources are designed for supporting the learners as by connecting the knowledge and
experience gained. This helps in making lessons and various topics by providing and better
engaging learners with adopting resource which is suitable for different styles of students. The

students in learning and better engaging. Further the resources used for learning helps in teaching
with using various methods for better engaging the content by using different teaching styles.

learning and changing the approach by processing languages. The main aim of this model as it
helps in changing the behaviour with experiences as for achieving the desired goals. It supports
teachers in developing critical thinking skills for designing proper curriculum as for achieving
inclusive leaning by engaging the students in effective ways as for achieving the desired goals.
Virtual learning environment: This principle helps in designing and adopting the good leaning
environment as for designing the resources with inclusively curriculum. Further, with these helps
in supporting by engaging students in better learning with creating the positive and friendly
online learning atmospheres. As by establishing the zoom classes and taking online lectures as or
providing some users with using internet as for exploring diversifying marketing management
concepts. But it replaces the real life physical classroom experiences for the learners in teaching
with online sources.
Reinforcing the Kolb experiential learning cycle, this helps in designing the curriculum as for
reflecting about the previous experience based on learning and teaching to students in classroom.
