The new online venture that has been proposed would give consumers the advantage of designing their own custom t-shirts. This would put extra pressure on gathering raw materials that would be required to fulfil the demands of customers. The production of the team will be effected that would reduce team effectiveness while setting up proposed e-commerce venture. Issues faced by team while designing online payment system: The manufacturers should take care of product sourcing. Consumers expect product delivery at the right time. Brand image is dependent much on product delivery. However, if the new online venture is started, more time will be taken by the manufacturers to prepare apparels accordingtoconsumerdemands.Rawmaterialsneedtobegathered.Ifthe manufacturers give more importance to product quality then delivery will be delayed that might affect their brand image. Issues faced by the team while setting apparel price for customizing the product: To continue its product quality the manufacturer have to increase apparel price. If the new online venture provides an added advantage to consumers to choose fabric and dye quality then price of the apparel increases. The manufacturers face problem in gathering demanded fabric that increases labour costs. Apparel industries in Australia are forced to practice organic farming, reduce wastewater during production process along with biodegradable packaging. Huge amount of money is incurred on these processes that partially adds to apparel price. Team will face problem in collecting consumer information: For developing the online e-commerce website, team needs to gather information about the target market and analyse the benefits of manufactured products on the consumers. Moreover, the online website will provide the advantage of customising own products. So the team might face a problem in keeping track of consumer information. The team also has the responsibility of setting quality standards that will be decided after collecting satisfying information from the consumers.
