INTRODUCTIONWorking in a team, it is quite necessary to have good collaboration with team members. The report also present challenges of working with executive team. To achieve every goals andobjective it is necessary to have good team working. A good and effective team will always beappreciated and the entire report is based upon a case scenario in which Andrew Sutton facesproblem while dealing with its team. Study helps to understand that a team leaders faces so manyproblems while handling a team and as the case study presents at a beginning Andrew planned tocover all challenges of working together in a team, but found that members are comfortable witheach others. As a result people become frustrated and started shouting with each other whichcreates negative impact upon general public. Report presents three basic problem from Team Effectiveness Model such as Leadershipand structure from Context, Personality of members from Composition and specific goals fromProcess. It is a model which states which abilities or capabilities which every individual mustposses to attain company's goals. Further report provides some recommendation for eachproblem so that it will help Andrew to take better action as required. CRITICAL ANALYSIS OF THREE SPECIFIC AREASProblem 1: Leadership and Structure from Context 3/12According to Margaret, Luciano & Thomas (2014) Leadership is an important source thatinfluence every team members and help them to attain all defined goals. Dislike the prevailingview of author, external leaders plays an important role in the empowerment of team. Even ithas been critically analysed that structurally empowered teams will also minimizes the needs forexternal leaders whereas some researchers also proved that an effective external leadership isstill considered critical for the team success. However, leadership or external leaders showbehaviours to facilitate functioning of teams by the means of promoting teamwork, providingthem task work, aligning team efforts so that they would help to achieve organizational goalsand objectives. But on the other side, Timothy (2001) argued that an average external leadershipreflects only some level of team functioning which that external leader shows across a team.Similarly as Andrew faces problem regarding their team efficiency, he find that no teammembers are comfortable with each other because of lack of leadership as well as structure. Therefore, an external leadership presents from earlier work on average leadership style. Hence,

by providing various opportunities for self- determination, responsibility as well as decisionmaking leaders were also expected that their team members will also leader from thosechallenges in order to make them able to sort out problems. For structure, Thomas (2014)stated that nearly indefinite variety of movements as wellas behaviour can be grouped into hypothetical structures. Therefore, it is important to rememberthat in behavioural structure is quite remember to shape up the entire system. Even there aresome structure whose behaviour is quite arbitrary in a terms of structure of a universe and lawsof behaviours but as a result it directly reflect the effects of our society which change entiresystem. But on the other side, leadership helps to creates best organization that mainly focus onthe effects off external leadership such that team empowerment with a guidance of effectiveleaders plays an important role. Its effects are so quickly and innovatively such that providespositive outcomes and increases efficiency of a team members. In the context of case scenario, ithas been analysed that collective team engagement is tough a complex task but ownership ofteam delivers a best team outcomes which likely enhances working efficiency of a teammembers. Problem 2: Personality of members from Composition 10/lastAccording to Jonas Joeri & Filip (2016) personality of members reflect the work of anassessment. Even it has been analysed that personality trait of a team member have traditionallybeen considered to be more relatively stable over time and conformable across some situations. At a same time, behaviours, knowledge and affects that are some basic trait of a members arealso dimension of a subject that are only for short term. In contrast of it, there are some otherpersonality traits are also find which are known as momentary enactments of personality whichare characterised by the instability and inconsistency across a situations. On the other side, bothvariability and stability are irreconcilable and it has become clear that full understanding ofpersonality will only obtain when a person of a team posses both the qualities. Therefore, it hasbeen realized that both the qualities are creates positive impact upon a leaders which helps tochange their entire mind with the help of their point of view. As Andrew in the very first day alsorealized that the team members of his team are not comfortable with each other by seeing theirpersonality. Which proves that personality definitely creates impact upon the leaders and theywill able to judge them through their personality only.
