The primary reason to select present research topic is that it will help in evaluating activities
that are effective in nature in relation to development of candidates. This effectively helps of to
apply similar techniques so I can significantly develop similar nature of characteristics in my
own personality. While other reason to select present research is that It will help organisation to
implement talent management practices through which they can overcome the various issues in
organisational workplace structure. Thus, this research will fulfil both personal and professional
interests.
Main reason regarding the selection of TESCO for this research is, Tesco is a multinational
organisation and plays effective role by providing job opportunities to the unemployed people.
Along with this, my future plan with the research is to search better job in retain sector.

What is talent management concept?
As per the view point of Ok, (2020) talent management is characterized as a consistent cycle
that incorporates enlisting and holding profoundly potential and capable employees, developing
their capabilities and successfully driving them to improve their current level of performance.
The fundamental aim of talent management is to manage and retain employees for long period
of time (Liu and et. al., 2020). It has been evaluated that the particular technique to achieve this
will differentiate from association to association. The appropriate talent management capacity
allow organisation to select and hold workers for more profitable opportunities. Talent
management will lead association to guarantee long term sustainability as well as development.
What is the role of talent management in context of organisational success?
As per the view point of Saner, (2020) talent management acts as most significant parts in an
association long term development. It has been assessed that ability the executives is

characterized as a capacity and go about as a fundamental business strategy through which
business affiliations can adequately encourage employees and hold them for longer timeframe
in authoritative work environment structure. Besides, it has been evaluating that ability the

different adversaries in industry. In addition to this, it has been evaluated that talent
management plays essential as well as critical part in an association work environment
structure through which organization can amplify abilities and capability of employees as well
as guarantee higher development and supportability.

to eliminate from crisis situation, separate confirmation out of weakness, set goals and driving
change to ensure that employee’s performance does not get affected in any manner. According
to the analysis it has been evaluated that that there are number of difficulties that can be looked
by TESCO during implementation of talent management strategies. These are: lack of skills,
poor participation, time issue and many other. All these are major issues that have negative
impact on business performance of TESCO.
What best strategies to overcome the challenges of talent management that an organisation can
face?
According to the view point of Madwort, (2020) there are number of strategies through which challenges of
talent management can be adequately overwhelmed by association. There is different type of systems
through which HR directors can persistently overcome the issue of high work turnover extent. It has been
evaluated that it is essential for an organisation to make heavy investment of talent management training
and development practices (Gallardo-Gallardo and et. al., 2020). Along with this, it is also important for
TESCO to provide competitive pay and compensation to employees. Furthermore, according to the
evaluation it has been evaluated that challenges of talent management can be overcome with the help of
enhancing employee engagement activities in the process of decision making. It will significantly increase
sense of belongings among employees. There are different strategies that will help Tesco in reducing the
challenges associated with talent management such as job rotation, role design, self-motivation, training and
development, succession planning etc. Using these strategies will help business organisation in
improvement of business performance of Tesco successfully.
How the relationship of talent management and organizational behaviour can lead to
profitability in TESCO?
According to the Wong (2018), organisational behaviour assists by developing an understanding of the
performance and attitudes of employees and organisation as an entire. There are number of factors that
directly influence organisational behaviour such as company structure, policies and culture.
As per the view presented by Bratton and Watson (2018), talent management refers to the process of
identifying vacant position developing the skills and retaining top talent. Process of talent management

includes different steps which are planning, attracting, selecting, developing, retaining and transitioning.
Therefore, talent management is important part of organisational behaviour that turn to impact in increasing
profitability of Tesco. Talent management helps in identifying the attitude of employees towards the job.
Thus, there is positive relationship between talent management and organisational behaviour.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Research philosophies – Positivism and interpretivism are two types of research philosophies out
of which researcher will take use of positivism research philosophy. Positivism philosophy is the
process of collecting and evaluating data in form of quantitative or numbers. This method will help
investigator to conduct research with measuring quantitative data in effective manner.
Research Approaches – There are mainly two forms of research approaches that are inductive as
well as deductive. To accomplish present research investigator will take advantage of deductive
approach in order to effectively test numeric information and data.
Research strategies – It is essential for researcher to undertake use of best research strategy to
conduct research in systematic manner. In relation to present research, investigator will use
questionnaire method to collect information’s and data to have reliable information. With the help of
this method researcher can have first hand information in context with research topic.
Research Choice – There are two types of research choice methods that are quantitative as well as
qualitative. In order to conduct present researcher, investigator will undertake use of quantitative
research choice in order to conduct research while assuring accurate results.
Data collection:In order to conduct present research researcher will undertake use of primary as
well as secondary source of data collection (Wiblen, 2020). With the help of this, investigator aim
towards accomplishment of research objectives with more effectiveness. In terms with primary data
collection method investigator will select 50 respondents (employees) out of the whole population at
workplace. While in context with secondary data collection method, researcher will take utilization o
books, articles and magazines. Primary reason to select both method involves accomplish research
with first-hand information and collect secondary information to undertake more in-depth evaluation
of research topic with multiple resources.
Sampling: It is defined as a process in which investigator undertake small sample among whole
population. There are mainly two form of sampling method that is non-probabilistic and
probabilistic sampling method. Out of these two methods investigator will undertake use of
probabilistic sampling in order to collect information from a sample size of 50 respondents
(employees). Simple random sampling is a part of probability sampling that will be used for
selecting 50 employees of Tesco. Primary reason to select employees as respondents is that they
