purpose includes the events which would be helping in raising of the awareness related to the
cultures and perspectives of the Indigenous people who lives in the Torrs Strait amongst the
other students and the staffs present in the university (Larson & Gray, 2017). The event would
also be associated with promoting the engagement along with the collaboration with the
indigenous Torres Strait Islanders along with spreading of the cultural resources amongst all
other people who are seen to be associated with the university.

3. REQUIREMENTS MANAGEMENT
3.1 Traditional Owner/s of the land on which CQ University campuses are located
One of the approaches which is most preferred is the appointment of a particular stakeholder from
each of the campus of the university who would be entirely associated with representing the
respective campuses. Selection of only one stakeholder for all campuses is not considered to be a
feasible option and the reason behind this is that they are not having any sufficient amount of

experience in all the campus when considered together.
3.2 Opening statement style
(1 mark)
The statement which is considered to be the most appropriate is “Acknowledge of Country” and the
reason behind this is that the other statements are seen to be sounding more like the indigenous
people are not the native people of Australia.
3.3 Requirements gathering for each event
(1 mark)
It is possible for consider the previous programs as a benchmark however the event which is to eb
arranged is entirely new and is having new objective for this reason there is as need of developing
a new plan for the entire event so as to identify and gather the required resources.
3.4 Requirements traceability
There is a need of creating a resource book which would be consisting of all the details related to
the resources. All the details of the resources would be noted down in the resource book and this
reference book in turn would be used as a reference book for the purpose of checking all the
requirements which the project is having.
3.5 Requirements prioritization process
(2 mark)
The project board are concerned they may have competing requirements from a number of
stakeholders. To manage this they would like to define a requirement prioritisation process that can
be shared with all stakeholders prior to requirements gathering and want to use the MoSCoW

Previously there has been existing
many kinds of problems related to
the attendance of students and
staff at the event organized at the
campus (Kerzner & Kerzner, 2017).
Attendance was also noted to be
low when the students and the
staffs were associated with
perceiving the fact that the entire
event was not related to them or
For the purpose of solving this
type of issue, besides all this the
event is to be organized in such a
way that there exist hosts for
different cultures and not only
indigenous culture. In addition to
this the guests would be having
an option to present their own
cultures in front of others during
exhibition (Heldman, 2018).
