given positive results in housekeeping services (Pellikkaand Ali-Vehmas,2016) However, digitalisation in hotel has also given several challenges. Rationale of research This research will help in identifying the positive and negative impact of implementation oftriton software in housekeeping services. How it has helped in increasing staff efficiency and integrating various operations. Besides this, research will give some recommendations on how improvements can be made in software in order to maintain its efficiency. I was able to complete it in given time. My team members performed their role in effective way. They coordinated with each other in effective way. I also noticed that team members helped and guided each other. This helped in completing research activities on time. I created a proper communication channel. This was useful in having effective coordination among them. All efforts were integrated and quality of research was maintained. I used alternative research method. It helped in conducting research in smooth way. In this way I was able to attain my goals and objectives. CONCLUSION: This research concludes that digitalisation is hospitality sector has resulted in improving the efficiency of services as well as customer satisfaction. Hotels are using various types of
applications and software that has allowed them to manage services. Besides this, it has helped in improving quality of services as well as employees. Through this the overall efficiency of operations of hotel has enhanced. This is lead to increase in customer satisfaction.However, there are many challenges that have occurred while implementing triton software.
