sectors has affected mostly. TALENT PLUS industry is adopting the changes of digitization by
giving more instructions and suggestions to the employee and providing the knowledge about the
advantages of impacts of digital technology on the business activity and getting success with

technology in these types of business. I also recognized that company can grow and develop its
organization by applying modern and traditional approaches of digitization. In addition to this,
digitization helps the business in getting the information about the external sources of the market
by which it can recruit and select specific person for the specific job on the right time. As I
understood, the recruitment and selection process of human resources are very complex and very
important for the success of the business(Tapscott, 2014).
