This research project investigates the impact of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems on the effective business performance of Tesco, a leading global retailer. The study aims to identify the benefits and challenges associated with ERP implementation, analyze its influence on decision-making and organizational productivity, and explore strategies to promote the acceptance and utilization of digital technology within the organization. The research will utilize a descriptive research design, employing both primary and secondary data collection methods, including online surveys and face-to-face interviews with Tesco employees and managers.
