4.1 Report on the impact of the proposed changes on the business and its personnel
In the initial part of the business it was seen that the CEO of Londis took all the responsibilities
to fix all the possible issues in the business scenario. It can be said that in the present days, the
CEO is still taking the responsibilities all by himself and it is not acceptable from the business
point of view. The employees and the other members of the management department must take
active parts in every single activities of the company. So, the impacts of the recent changes in the
company has mainly affected the CEO.
The impacts of the changes has affected the business positively in every possible ways. The
impacts are as follows,

The business is going to expand the level by creating more stores in those locations
where the demand of the products is there. So the outcomes of the business will get the
desired results if the change is implemented accordingly.
According to the change if the business want to expand the numbers and types of
products in the market then it will be beneficial for the company itself. The customers
will be able to get all the needs and the demands of the customers will be fulfilled by
Londis if all the products are available in the stores of the company(LIVESEY, 2009).
The impacts upon the personnel are as follows,

mannerism in order to build a strong customer relationship. The employees and the workers of
the company must work hard in order to make the implementation more effective in the business

be counted in to monitor the performances. The monitoring process can be continued and the
result must be shown to the employees or the workers at the end of the month. The self-
assessment process is very helpful and powerful as well. It is so because the employees or the
workers can judge themselves in different situations. They are able to divide the place of their
works in the field all by themselves and they can also concentrate on that part of the business
where the concentration is needed the most. Peer assessment is mainly done through different
peers and very effective because of the process of monitoring. KPI is also a useful process that
monitors the performance of the employees in the most effective way. It can be said that the
monitoring is mainly done by calculating the profits and the revenues of the business.
