INTRODUCTION
The seven supply chain commandments are the kind of principles that helps to motivate
organizations to transform the raw material into finish product and services. Efficient supply
chain management process requires suppliers that are reliable. In other terms it requires the better
quality of finish goods and services in order to meet the needs of consumers. Present study has
been based on the seven supply chain commandments that will help to company to prepare better
productivity supply management strategies and growth. Furthermore, study has been explaining
some essential elements of supply chain principles and critical analysis the five commandments.
Besides, it also carried out the study by Accenture from across various industries for profit
making organizations.
Adding to more, it explains the similarities and differences of supply chain objectives in
terms of both private and public sector (Bailey and et.al., 2018). In spite of all, study also
selected to explain the term supply chain management and its importance in manufacturing
industry. It describes weather private or public sector should adopt the sustainability in
procurement or not. Furthermore, it also introduces new level of challenges and long lasting
effects.
