INTRODUCTION
Employee relation refers to the organization’s efforts to create or maintain the positive
relationship with its staff members. It is based on the concept in which establishing a strong
coordination, maintain positive and constructive a strong relations.
In this report, it has chosen M&S retailer in order to identify the current business aspects in
global marketplace.
This report will discuss about the value, importance of employee relations in term of
application, explaining the various fundamental employment legislation to provide the better
legal rights. This documentation will discuss the different rights, duties and obligation of both
employee and employers in the workplace. The report will describe the mechanism for managing
the employment relation, analysis the stakeholders contribute in positive employee relationships.

can expand their business in global marketplace.
Within Marks and Spencer, manager of enterprise can understand the value, importance of
employee relation in particular application. The value of employee relationship are creating and
developing a strong relation on the basis of fairness, trust and mutual respect (Aloisi, and De
Stefano, 2020). These are values are supported by employee relations process, procedures and
structures. The entire business of M&S is possible to establish a better collaboration and involves
mutual dependencies, interest, even when conflict among employees arise. A healthy relation
among employees can share a better opportunities at workplace.

Fairness and consistency-
Work become easy if it can share or exchange information among all staff members. This
can possible when healthy relation with workers, would ease the work load on the M&S.
in this way, it is directly impact on the M&S to increase the entire productivity as well as
profitability in marketplace. In M&S, manager can do everything and assign the every
