the process, which helps an organisation to recruit or hire a suitable candidate for the
organisation. Training refer to the process by which an organisation ensures the development of
necessary skill and knowledge in a candidate which improves the productivity of the
organisation. For consider effectively recruitment is a function that help organisation to hire
suitable candidates through internal and external methods of the organisation. This assignment is
based from the perspective of tesco which operates their business retail industry. They offer
different variety of products in the market or customers for earning more amount of profits. In
this project study aim and objective in context of recruitment, training and selection will be
discuss. Along with this plan for project management, structure of work-breakdown and Gantt
chart will also be discuss in these assignments. On other perspective aim means to point out a

work that is performed in specified time period. Moreover, it is a structure that is used by
organisation to implement all necessary activities that leads tescoto achieve their goals and
objectives with more efficiency and effectiveness. Moreover, management of tescoused this is to

find the relationship between different functions and time period that is used by employees to
complete their goals. Apart from this management of tescoused this method to complete their
essential activities first as they play essential role to complete the project. By this structure

Gantt chart: It is an impressive chart which was developed by Henri Gantt that helps to
point different actions inside appropriate framework. It determines that it helps an organisation to

researcher or manager that ensures the completion of this project within stipulated time period.

in effectual manner. Apart from this Positivism research is not used by researcher because it
consumes too much time to complete the project.

step action to complete the project. It works as to provide guidance to researcher that helps to
complete their work with executing whole brief. It results that employees can accomplish their
goals with more focus due which they complete their activities in appropriate manner.

While completing this research I found that I am average in communication and
analytical skill that both are essential to a research with more effectiveness. As it is hard to
communicate with employees that belongs to different religion and nation. So to overcome form
this skill some task are managed by me which is mention as follow:
Communicating Ability- For increasing the strength this skill, I started to interact with
different employees of the organisation that helps me to find suggestion and feedback of
employees. In context of employees this is useful to gain loyalty of customers. Along with this it
helps to make effective results. Communication is best way which is used by organisation to
complete their goals within significant time of period. This helps them to complete their goals
significantly through transferring them effectively to employee's of organisation.
Analytical skills- To improve this skill, I started to observe the work methods of
experienced person that helps to show that how they solve different problems that raises in the
organisation. For increasing this skill in upcoming future, I measured the result of different
problems that is solved during workplace. As it also improves with experience. Analytical skills
are not beneficial to increase performance of employee's but they also helps an individual to
complete their personal task with more efficiency. So to increase this skill different methods is
implemented by me for increasing performance of employee's.

While being part of research work I have learnt numerous research related skills like,
communication skills, research skills, analytical skills, decision making skills, problem solving
skills, Time management skills, leadership skills etc. This skills has helped to perform the task
effectively and efficiently in proper manner. It has helped to gather accurate and reliable data
from external sources. While undertaking the research work I learned that I poses some of skills
which are my good as well as are my strengths while in certain skills I lack behind In order to
improve the skills I attend many seminar and sessions regularly. Conducting the research work I
was able to understand my loop holes which has helped me to uplift them I with the phase of
time. My strength are, decision making skills, problem solving skills and time management
skills which has aid to completely the task effectively. Whereas, communication skills and
analytical skill are my weak skills for which I am working on continuous basis to overcome them
so that in my next project more better results can be achieved.
Research has helped to to achieve the desired objective as data were collected from
quantitative and qualitative approach. This bind readers towards the research work for longer
time period. As information are authentic and reliable in nature reader become more loyal

The team management between members and better response form respondents helps
me to make an appropriate research that is base on reliable and relevant information.
What problems emerged during the project and how were they tackled? Was there timely
identification of issues and resolution during the project process?
Respondents are not comfortable to provide the data and feedbacks which are asked in the
questionnaire. In order to find right information I ensure them that their data is confidential
and safe.
What did you learn from undertaking the project?
I learned that to complete a work it is essential to work in team. It helps to complete the
work effectively.
