Companies, in order to have a hold in market area it is important that they win in the workplace i.e.
their employees and other staff members because they are the one who can further add profits or
growth. However, this can be fulfilled by foster employee satisfaction so that they can show their best
abilities in providing benefits.

Background of Research
Employee's satisfaction refers as the positive attitude of employees towards the policies and
working situations present within an organisation. This also depicts as the persistence of
positive working environment where all can work with each other in team and accomplish
goals on time. Satisfaction of employees presents as their high involvement and
engagement within business activities that leads towards development of business in
positive direction.
