INTRODUCTION
Organisational performance is defined as organization's management examine that
employees of a company is performing according to input resources or not and they give
total outputs as expected by an organization management by It help to analyse the deceased
in company. It is very important that company has to measures the performance of each
sector of management and help to achieve objectives. This report is based on case study on
BUNI Travel which is based on local travel of Bolton. This report provides a brief discussion
related to tools and techniques improves the organisational performance and role of
employee improving motivation and performance.(Antunes, Quirós and Justino, 2018)

MAIN BODY
What tools and techniques will help improve organisational
performance?
It is very important aspects of tools and techniques for organisation that it help to improve
employees performance level. This tools and techniques help organisation to achieve
organisational goals and objectives. The Buni Travel use this tools to enhance the
performance of his services and taking regular feedback from customers by applying some
tools like Real time feedback, 5As approach to goal setting, A well-being scheme, etc. This is
very effective way for organisation to find out deviation in organization and how it will
minimize them to increase the performance level in the organization(Balhareth, 2018). There
are 7 level of Tools and Techniques which apply by management to analyse the organisation
performance and the brief discussion related to these tools are given below.
One-on- One performance check-ins:
The management directly check regular performance of employees in organisation. This help
to build a relationship between management and employees in organization then it help
employees to boost the productivity level and get high level of motivation level. The Buni
travel, Bolton management is checking the performance level of all employees by checking
travel time of each employee and motivate them and help them to perform the best output of
your own so that employees reduce the travel time and enhance his performance.
The 5As Approach to Goal Setting:
This is approach is best way to set the organisational goals setting by applying SMART
approach in organisation. This very effective way to explain the objective clearly. The Buni
travel apply 5As approach to clearly defined objectives of an organization to the employees.
The 5As approach are:
Assessable: It is used to measured the goal by management of an organization and it is very
clearly defined to achieve objectives.
Aspirational: The management help to increase the motivation level of employees and
encourage them to high performance.
Aligned: The each different management of all goals is linked with one main objective of
organizational goals. Then only it is possible for organisation to achieve the target effectively
and efficiently.
Accountable: In the organisation, the employees are accountable for itself goals. If
employees want to achieve personal goals then indirectly the employees needs to satisfy the
organization's goals.
Agile: The management of an organisation must to set their objectives which is achieve
within 4 months and keep reviewing on regular basis to keep them meaningful.
