INTRODUCTION Organisational performance is defined as organization's management examine that employeesof a company is performing according to input resources or not and they give total outputs as expected by an organization management by It help to analyse the deceased in company. It is very important that company has to measures the performance of each sector of management and help to achieve objectives. This report is based on case study on BUNI Travel which is based on local travel of Bolton. This report provides a brief discussion related to tools and techniques improvestheorganisational performance and role of employee improving motivation and performance.(Antunes, Quirós and Justino, 2018) 3
MAIN BODY What tools and techniques will help improve organisational performance? It is very important aspects of tools and techniques for organisation that it help to improve employeesperformancelevel.Thistoolsandtechniqueshelporganisationtoachieve organisationalgoalsandobjectives.TheBuniTravelusethistoolstoenhancethe performance of his services and taking regular feedback from customers by applying some tools like Real time feedback, 5As approach to goal setting, A well-being scheme, etc. This is very effective way for organisation to find out deviation in organization and how it will minimize them to increase the performance level in the organization(Balhareth, 2018).There are 7 level of Tools and Techniques which apply by management to analyse the organisation performance and the brief discussion related to these tools are given below. One-on- One performance check-ins: The management directly check regular performance of employees in organisation. This help to build a relationship between management and employees in organization then it help employees to boost the productivity level and get high level of motivation level. The Buni travel, Bolton management is checking the performance level of all employees by checking travel time of each employee and motivate them and help them to perform the best output of your own so that employees reduce the travel time and enhance his performance. The 5As Approach to Goal Setting: This is approach is best way to set the organisational goals setting by applying SMART approach in organisation. This very effective way to explain the objective clearly. The Buni travel apply 5As approach to clearly defined objectives of an organization to the employees. The 5As approach are: Assessable:It is used to measured the goal by management of an organization and it is very clearly defined to achieve objectives. Aspirational:The management help to increase the motivation level of employees and encourage them to high performance. Aligned:The each different management of all goals is linked with one main objective of organizational goals. Then only it is possible for organisation to achieve the target effectively and efficiently. Accountable:Intheorganisation,theemployeesareaccountableforitselfgoals.If employees want to achieve personal goals then indirectly the employees needs to satisfy the organization's goals. Agile:The management of an organisation must to set their objectives which is achieve within 4 months and keep reviewing on regular basis to keep them meaningful. 4

The relationship between the coworkers is matter because if the relationship is good then coworkers is happily doing any task if they want help then can easily take help from coworkers. It is best thing in organisation that coworkers have to keep good relationship(Liu, Tsui and Kianto, 2021). The management has to take care of emotion, mental and physical health. Thenonly also feel motivated in the organisation and perform the task with their best efforts.The Buni Travel, Bolton has to take care of all employees comfort level, physical health and mental stability, if employees is not feeling well then management should suggest to take leave and take rest, this will indirectly boost the motivation level of employees because they feel that organisation also care of his health. Keep employees loyal to your business: The management of an organisation must share all the things related to business with the employee. Then only employees give best efforts and do hard work for their business. The management of an organization has to disclose everything with employee without hide anything. If the employee get to know that management is hiding the business they don't disclose everything truly, then employees get demotivated and they don't perform his responsibility with their best efforts. Make employees more productive and focused: The management has to take care of employees that they have to provide proper work time and give proper break then only employees become productive and focused to their work. The management don't give any pressure to their employee for work, because if employee feel pressure of work they don't perform productively and they don't give focus to their work(Shaik and Dhir, 2021). The Buni travel, Bolton have to give proper break and work time to the employee, so that they don't feel pressure they do their work with more productive and more focused with their work. 8
CONCLUSION This report concludes that organisation performance is most important aspects of the business. It concludes brief description on tools and techniques that how management has apply to improve the organization's performance. It also includes the brief description on role of employee well-being of employee by how management has to improve his motivation and performance level in the organisation. In this both description we learn that how much employee motivation level is needed and how management organization help the employees to boost the confidence level and develop skills to perform the task by more effectively and efficiently by achieving their goals of an organization. 9
