INTRODUCTION
Every business organization follow management theories which allow them to manage
their workplace and essential parts of the company. Management is one of the most important
part in the business organization, various theories are been provided to help company in
management. Management theories consist the plan or strategies how a business accomplish
management goals within the workplace (Ferreira, Mueller and Papa, 2018). In thus report we
will discuss tools and techniques which include certain techniques to promote motivation of
employee within workplace and provided two theories of motivation such as Maslow hierarchy
of need and Vroom. Later we will discuss organizational issue which include conflict in team.
Later we will discuss strategies which help business organization to overcome these conflict. At
last in this report we will discuss leadership approaches.

Tools and techniques organization used for motivating employees and group
In order to organization, the different techniques helps business to run and motivate
employees, group through working in effective manner that plays significant role in functions of
business (Bjerke and Elvekrok, 2021). These are explained below;
Make employees feel valued- In accordance to this, by making them feel valued in organization
helps in raising sustainability growth of business. It conducts smooth functioning of business
and emphasizes effective role in function of business. Through this achieves desired goals and
objectives of business in systematic manner.
Clear communication- By implying techniques through conducting productive communication
by emphasizing productive role. Through emphasizing better communication helps in
motivating employee through build good relationship with employees. It helps in deriving
effective role through engaging more employee, and they work in potential manner.
Develop positive work environment- In order to this, by providing better workplace environment
helps in raising organization productivity and efficiency in desired manner. By these employees
and team motivated, also feel satisfied by working with positive environment.
Motivation framework- In responds to theory, this helps in motivating employees and derives
needs of team that work in productive manner (Hamza and et.al, 2021). To boost organization

productivity and efficiency in desired manner. The two theory that applies in consideration of
business by emphasizing consumers business situations. These are;
Maslow's need hierarchy theory- In accordance to this, it helps in motivating employees by
fulfilling their physiological, security, belongingness and other needs (Chung and et.al, 2021).
As this helps in satisfying employees and team needs by facilitating in productive manner.
Through emphasizing productive approach for business that increases sustainability of business
by attracting more and more customers. It emphasizes that when all needs are satisfied of
employees and team builds productivity and helps in achieving desired targets and goals of
organization in respective manner.
Vroom expectancy theory- The framework derives by facilitating performance of workers
through developing their personality, knowledge, experience and other key factors. As this helps
in motivating employees and teams by smooth functioning of business. Their skills enhance they
provide proper training that helps in leading organization through motivation of employees that
work with full potentiality (Wang and et.al, 2021). It builds organization performance and helps
in achieving desired goals of business in effective manner. Through conducting productive
approach by engaging employees and motivates them that they can do activity by boosting their
morale in desired manner.
Strategies used to overcome challenges
In regard to organization, there are different issues developed in business through
implementation of effective strategies helps in raising organization productivity and profitability
in desired manner (Sarkar and et.al, 2021). By emphasizing various strategy helps in raising
organization productivity and profitability through smooth functioning of business. Through
implementation of strategy helps in conducting smooth functioning of business through
facilitating productive approach for business. These are;
Improvise communication- In order to this, organization overcome issues by conducting better
communication through these helps in raising organization efficiency. Through understanding
employees and teams by knowing them better and conduct better communication leads business.
Also, this helps in maintaining sustainability growth of organization by smooth functioning of
organization function in effective manner.
Keep consumers in mind- By keeping in mind about consumers, helps in raising organization
productivity and profitability by smooth functioning of business functions. Through satisfying

quality of products and services to consumers (Ikpechukwu, 2021). This helps in raising

consumers. This helps in increasing organization productivity and conducts smooth functioning

Using technology- In terms of this, by emphasizing technology helps in raising organization
productivity and profitability through facilitating using technology. By interacting with
consumers on different channels of medium, this helps in overcoming issues by using
technology that boost organization productivity and profitability in desired manner. The
technology helps in expansion of business and emphasizes growth through conducting
systematic functioning of business by raising effectiveness in business. In order to this conducts
systematic functioning of business by working in systematic manner that helps in expanding
business.
Innovating products and services- By innovation of products helps in raising organization
productivity and overcoming issues by creating goods in innovative manner. This helps in
raising organization productivity and profitability by smooth functioning of business. It conducts
systematic functions of business by emphasizing growth and production of organization in
effective manner (Farhan, 2021). Through implementation of this strategy helps in raising
organization profitability by developing growth of business.
Leadership approach to overcome problems of lower job and communication barrier
In terms of organization, to overcome issue of lower job retention and communication
barrier through emphasizing leadership framework. This helps in reducing problems and
conducts productive approach for business by leading organization through conducting
sustainability growth of business in desired manner. Through emphasizing leadership approach
helps in leading business and conducts sustainability growth of business through deriving
effective role in business (Eva and et.al, 2021). By implementation and consideration of

approaches helps in making sustainability growth of business in productive manner. This is
explained below;
Autocratic leadership- In order to this, it implies by emphasizing policies and procedures
through following by working in team and group. The employees doing so, by facilitating
productive approach by overcoming issue of lower job retention and communication issues.
Through this achieves desired goals and objective respectively by playing role by maintaining
autocratic leadership that facilitates growth of business.
Democratic leadership- The leadership approach helps in overcoming issue, as it helps in
expanding morale of workers that derives positivity and remove communication issues through
conducting better communication. Also, build better relationship by raising cooperation among
management and workers in respective manner. This helps in emphasizing growth and
sustainability of business in desired manner.
Free-rein leadership- In accordance to this, it helps in reducing issues and problems by deriving
independence among employees through which they are freely to told their issue to
management. By emphasizing this approach removes job retention and communication issues by
functioning of effective role in business. As this helps in raising organization productivity and
sustainability growth of organization by conducting smooth functioning of business. This
derives benefits for team members and helps employees to work independently without feeling
any burden on them (Coates, Trudgett and Page, 2021). It conducts sustainability growth of
business through raising profitability and emphasizing smooth functioning of business.
Paternalistic leadership- In terms of this, it helps in conducting productive approach for business
through overcoming issues by determining highly educated and skills peoples. As this helps in
building effective relationship among leader and team that plays significant role for smooth
functioning of business. This helps in reducing issues and challenges by working in productive
manner. This helps in making sustainability growth and expands business by conducting
productive approach for business.
By these helps in conducting productive approach for business, it helps in emphasizing
sustainability growth of organization through overcoming issues by implementation of
leadership approach in consideration of business. It helps in emphasizing productive approach
through improvising job retention and communication issues by leading business through
conducting positive approach by working in systematic manner.

CONCLUSION
In this report we have discusses management theories which help business organization
to manage their workplace and day to day activities of business. Later we have discussed tools
and techniques which is very beneficial for business organization in improving performance of
employee as well as company. Later we have discussed two theories of motivation which
include Maslow hierarchy of need and Vroom. The Maslow hierarchy of need is one of the most
used method in improving motivation of employee. Later we have discussed organizational issue
which include conflict in team and provided strategies for the same. At last in this report we
have discussed leadership approaches which help company to effectively solve the problem
within the workplace and allow company to improve their performance.
