INTRODUCTION
Every business organization follow management theories which allow them to manage
their workplace and essential parts of the company. Management is one of the most important
part in the business organization, various theories are been provided to help company in
management. Management theories consist the plan or strategies how a business accomplish
management goals within the workplace (Ferreira, Mueller and Papa, 2018). In thus report we
will discuss tools and techniques which include certain techniques to promote motivation of
employee within workplace and provided two theories of motivation such as Maslow hierarchy
of need and Vroom. Later we will discuss organizational issue which include conflict in team.
Later we will discuss strategies which help business organization to overcome these conflict. At
last in this report we will discuss leadership approaches.
MAIN BODY
Tools and techniques organization used for motivating employees and group
In order to organization, the different techniques helps business to run and motivate
employees, group through working in effective manner that plays significant role in functions of
business (Bjerke and Elvekrok, 2021). These are explained below;
Make employees feel valued- In accordance to this, by making them feel valued in organization
helps in raising sustainability growth of business. It conducts smooth functioning of business
and emphasizes effective role in function of business. Through this achieves desired goals and
objectives of business in systematic manner.
Clear communication- By implying techniques through conducting productive communication
by emphasizing productive role. Through emphasizing better communication helps in
motivating employee through build good relationship with employees. It helps in deriving
effective role through engaging more employee, and they work in potential manner.
Develop positive work environment- In order to this, by providing better workplace environment
helps in raising organization productivity and efficiency in desired manner. By these employees
and team motivated, also feel satisfied by working with positive environment.
Motivation framework- In responds to theory, this helps in motivating employees and derives
needs of team that work in productive manner (Hamza and et.al, 2021). To boost organization
