Corporate social responsibilities are the part of an argument which is related to the economic
self-interest for the growth of business. CSR, add up the value of social responsibilities as it
allow all the companies for reflecting the need and concern of different stakeholders

stakeholders in market. CSR will increase the sale of the company and also improve the trust
and loyalty of their customer which help to improve the behaviour of company within

While choosing this topic the aim is to show the benefits of corporate social
responsibilities and not using corporate social responsibilities become the main reason for
slow down the economy. In order to complete this report some of major points are explained
which are in favour of CSR:
Corporate social responsibilities is the concept of management which integrate the companies
to complete their activities in an ethical and social responsibilities. CSR is generally
understood being as a way from which the company achieve a balance of economics,
environmental and social responsibilities while addressing the concept of social
responsibilities in the context of stakeholders (Calveras and Ganuza, 2018). There are some
major issues which are undertaken by the CSR Issues; as environmental issue, eco-efficiency,
responsible sourcing, different stakeholder’s engaging nature, employees and community
relationship, gender balance equity, human rights and many anti-corruption measures. But at
the same time when an organisation conduct the CSR policies in an ethical manner then they
find the advantage of competitive advantages, enhances access of capital and stock markets,

the business environment. As CSR will operate in an economically, socially and
environmental sustainable manner of the organisation.
Environmental responsibilities: This is the responsibilities which are used for
reducing the impact of pollution and greenhouse gas emission (Crane, Matten and Spence,
2019). This will help the company to make some of sustainable natural use of resources and
able to serve the best eco-friendly products due to the impact of green nature.
Human rights responsibilities: This the responsibilities which are used and initiate
for the use for solving the labour practices. This will include different programmes or laws
which are related to the human rights and their employment laws which help employees to
perform in a safe environment (Sundarasen, Je-Yen, and Rajangam, 2016).
Philanthropic responsibilities: This responsibilities are occur for some major social
cost and educational programmes. Another operations such as health programme, initiatives
which are used for some noble cost and support community for the growth.
Economic responsibilities: It is used when the organisation used to improve firms
business operations while participating in the sustainable practice of the organisation. It is use
for making some new and innovative technologies that are helpful for the growth of
organisation by using sustainable resources and technologies.

the research I have been working. There is need to plan and have procedure for developing
feelings that will help in stretching the way to conduct operations. There are several ways
which were used by me to manage the functioning. This is analysed by me that I have been
involving too much of myself in working towards achieving my goal in specified time. There
is need to manage the work and then start my work. There is need for analysing all strategies
in order to compete in business scenario. There is a proper scenario for the work. In context
of this research, I have been working in perfect manner for managing the work properly and
developing few abilities to conduct research properly. There is need for managing the work
for establishing work in efficient manner. Therefore, it is need for managing leadership and
manage the work in effective manner. I have used several research articles while working on
my research work. This is important for me to complete conclude all the scenarios in efficient
manner for controlling and managing the work. I have used basically the work properly for
managing the work and attaining research abilities. I have been working in order to analyse
the effective skills that will lead me to manage the working accordingly. This is a major
opportunity for me to develop the skills to enhance the ways for work in properly manner. It
is analysed by me to grab new opportunities to develop the ways that can help to work
