This research investigates the effectiveness of training and development programs in improving employee’s performance in the hospitality industry of UK, with reference to Hilton hotel. The study aims to determine how effective is the training and development program in enhancing and improving the performance of employees within the hospitality sector of UK. The research plan, research methodology, research questions, and themes for the research are discussed in detail. The data has been gathered through both primary and secondary sources, and thematic analysis technique was used for data analysis.
