INTRODUCTION

current report chosen organisation is CAFEPOD, London-based organisation which provides
strong exciting coffee for adventurous coffee drinks. It is Independent business in South West
London where it crafts the quality coffee for its customers they can enjoy a hassle free and
daily grind of coffee (Gürel and Tat, 2017). Company follow proper structure pears the flow
of authority from top to bottom. Cafe pod craft coffee is established in 2011 and now owned
more than 20 shops in whole UK. Company provide various kind of innovative office styles
which is consist of supercharge espresso, Ristretto, bunch blend, intense rose and many other.
The major aim of the organisation is to provide effective coffee so that an individual can
satisfy its needs related coffee. According to the preference of the organisation no attitude
growing region produce more Roberts means of which are perfect for the darker and stronger
coffee. Organisation import export office from India, Central America, South America and
Indonesia. All the coffee blanks of the organisation have been developed by graders who are
the true expert within the coffee industry (Madsen, 2016). The major innovation of this
organisation is that it is preparing coffee from last 10 years and has different flavour which
provides an innovative experience to the individual related to coffee. Last year company
gross profit is around 45000 euros. In this current report discussion about the swot analysis of
cafe part where the corporate social responsibility fulfilled by the organisation will also be
