With the help of Kurt-lewins-change model it can easily manage changes and adopt changes. This model has three stages which is known as unfreezing, changing and refreezing. Unfreezing This is the very first stage of change. In this unfreezing stage, employees realizer that the manager and the company is about to change some things. After realizing this thing, company and employees have to face some emotions such as impatience, denial, resistance & doubt. For making employees and people agree on making changes it is important for the company to make4 them understand and tell them the reason and importance of making changes. After 6

If manager implement the change within a short time them employees also make them able to adapt and understand the importance of changes. This is critical stage because most of the people struggle with the changes and the new reality. Refreezing It is the final stage of change management model that refreezes the change. It has been noted that employees take time to adapt change and for maintaining implementation of change it is important to monitor and see that employees are not using and inclined to revert to their old habits. Proper evaluation and monitor funct6ion make this stage and implementation of changes make successful. For more motivating employees, the company give them benefits and rewards on the basis of their performance. They want that all employees adapt changes in an effective manner so that they push them by motivating them. There are some arguments that this refreezes stage is outdated in some type of businesses due to the continuous need for changes. Some people say that this step plays an important role because without this stage, employees can go to their previous and old habits, so it is important to play this stage for effective implementation of changes(Shrivastava, Shrivastava and Ramasamy, 2017). Evaluation –There are several measures that can be taken in order to minimise negative impact. First is risk assessment can be done so that it becomes easy to identify risk and develop measures that can be taken. Also, employee behaviour can be observed and evaluated so that they can be encouraged to implement change. Moreover, employee must be communicated regularly about 7
changes. It will enable in identifying their issues and taken measures appropriately. Furthermore, they can be given a directed about benefit due to change.
