in favourable manner. The present assignment report is based on Apple Inc. and Samsung Group
which deals in providing electronics and telecommunication field. The project report described
the impact of changes in the strategies and operations of an organisation. Internal and external
drivers of change which affects on leadership, team and individual behaviours are also discussed
under this report along with their proper evaluation. The project includes the different barriers
for changes and leadership approaches which helps in dealing with the changes within an
organisation (Anderson and Anderson, 2010).
