INTRODUCTIONChange management is the system which stimulates various kinds of resistance and givechallenges to individuals regarding their habits, behaviours as well as beliefs and values. Itconcerns with disciplines which help in adopting changes to the people through providing properinstructions and guidelines that how they can prepare, equip and accept the challenges forattaining set targets or goals in an effective manner (Alkahtani, 2011). On the other side, change-management is concerned with several kinds of challenges or changes that must be adopted byusing effective tools or techniques. Organisation has to consider these changes and makedecisions regarding appropriate strategies and utilise available resources so that they can achievecompany's goals or objectives in critical situations. This report is based on two differentorganisations i.e. Apple Inc. and Samsung Group. These companies are multinational and dealsin electronic and telecommunication field. This assignment will define the major impact ofchanges on both organisation's strategies and operations. There are some internal and externaldrivers of change which affect the leadership, team and individual behaviour. Some measures forminimising negative impacts are also discussed here. It will define barriers that influence theleadership decision-making. Different leadership approach for dealing with change within anorganisation are studied as well. TASK 1P1. Comparison of different organisations and major impact of change on their strategies andoperationsChange management is defined as the system which considers company's culture,policies, structures, rules and regulations, etc. which help in creating effective and positiveenvironment as well as work place within organisation (Anderson and Anderson, 2010). Changeis essentially required for every firm because it depends on environmental forces or its elementsthat can affect the business operations. Therefore, successful organisations always considerchange systems and make strategies for adopting or accepting changes to achieve their set goalsor objectives in an appropriate manner. Apple Inc. and Samsung Group which are bigorganisations and adopt various strategies by considering several factors for surviving in themarket and make effective positions among competitors.
