INTRODUCTIONChange is an essential need of every organisation which drives them to achieve growthand success in competitive market environment. As the business environment is complex andcontingent in nature which creates lots of challenges and difficulties in front of an organisationdue to which their sustainability may comes in danger if the management fails to accept suchchanges. Therefore, an organisation should required to attained an effective management who aremore capable to make an effective decisions and strategies in order to cope up with such changesin favourable manner. The present assignment report is based on Apple Inc. and Samsung Groupwhich deals in providing electronics and telecommunication field. The project report describedthe impact of changes in the strategies and operations of an organisation. Internal and externaldrivers of change which affects on leadership, team and individual behaviours are also discussedunder this report along with their proper evaluation. The project includes the different barriersfor changes and leadership approaches which helps in dealing with the changes within anorganisation (Anderson and Anderson, 2010).TASK 1P1: Comparison of different organisations and major impact of change on their strategies andoperationsChange occurred due to happenings occurred in business environment due to internal andexternal factors which creates of lots of challenges and problems in front of businessorganisation to operate its business in more effective and efficient manner. It makes huge impacton business operations either in negative or positive way. Such external factors includes political,economical, social, technological etc. which forces an organisation to adopt an effective policiesand strategies to deal with their factors. In order to cope up with such factors, the company canget many advantages such as competitive advantage, new growth opportunities, development ofinnovation, increased efficiency etc.Apple Inc. Such company is an USA company which deals in designing, developing and sellingvarious software, consumer electronic items as well as online services in the market place. It wasfounded by Steve Job, Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne in the year 1976. The main productsthe company offered in market are Macintosh, iPad, iPod, iPhone, Laptop, TV, Apple watch etc.1

Whereas Apple offered different services as well Apple store, iCloud, iTune, iBook and manymore in the market. Due to this, the company has generated of US $ 229.234 billion as revenues.It has employed over 123,000 employees which contributes maximum in assisting company toprovide products and services to their targeted customers (Brisson-Banks, 2010).Samsung Group: It is South Korean Multinational company which is situated is Samsung Town, Seoul.Samsung group was founded in the year 1938 by Lee Byung-Chul from trading company. Anorganisation has engaged in providing multiple number of products which includes electronicitems, home appliances, apparel etc. due to which the company has generated of US$ 305 billionas revenue. It has employed more than 489000 employees which are always ready to supportcompany to recover from any complex situations.In order to deal with different changes, both the companies adopt different strategies inorder to operate business operations more effectively. Implementation of advanced technologies,adding features, setting up an effective pricing strategies will help company in producing qualityproducts and services so as to attract large number of customers. It can be further described asunder:StrategiesApple Inc.SamsungPricing strategiesApple adopts different pricingstrategies on the basis of thetheir products and servicesranging from RM199 untilRM7999. The company hascharging high prices due toproviding optimum qualityproducts having innovativetechnology.Samsung adopts pricingstrategies different from Appleas they first consider the costincurred in productions and itsrival's pricing strategies andaccordingly set prices whichgives tough competition totheir rivals. For example,Launching Samsumg S6 inorder to give toughcompetition to Iphone 7.ProductsThe firm has offered widevariety of products such asiPod shuffle, nano, iPod, iPad,Samsung Group is also sellingproducts with innovativefeatures and technologies.2
