In the absence of skilled and talented humanresources, no business enterprise can run its business activities and function. Thus, company’ssuccess is largely depends upon employees performance. Effective skilled and talentedworkforce assists in achieving objective in an effective manner (de Guzman and Choi, 2013).The following report is going to provide a depth knowledge and understanding about employee’sskill and ability and the criteria through which they can easily gain high success in the company.The importance of motivation techniques has been also addressed in this report with respect ofMcDonld. In addition to this, various strategies of problem solving and time management hasbeen also discussed in this report. Moreover, team working and team dynamic has systematicallydefined with respect of cited venture.TASK 11.1 Own responsibility and performance in the organisationEmployability skill is kind of ability and efficiency in the human resource through which he/shecan able to accomplish organisation objective in an effective manner. Employees requires toattend those personality development programs and training program through which they canable to improve their employability skill and quality.McDonald is the world largest food retailing corporation which have major objective is todelivery high quality food product and services to customer and acquire large market share. Itaim is to increase high profitability and attract large numbers of customers toward firm. Thusbeing a marketing manager in the cited firm i have various roles and responsibility towardorganisation. My major role is to increase the sales of product and services so as company canincrease its profitability (Ju and et.al.,2014). For this objective, i require to develop effectivemarketing strategies and tactics so as large numbers of customer can attract toward businessenterprise. Being a marketing manager i have major responsibility top introduce product andservices of company in the market so as customer can attract toward firm. In addition to this, ihave another responsibility to develop marketing campaign with the use of internet. In thetoday’s era internet and social media is best platform of marketing and promotion so my anotherresponsibility to develop such promotional strategy on the social media and internet through3

which I can develop brand own image on the internet. In order to feel this objective, I require todevelop effective technical skill. Within the cited firm i have another responsibility toward mysubordinate. I am liable to develop effective team and coordination among team member so asthey can effectively attain their target. With help of communication, leadership, technical,coordination and analytical skill i can easily fulfil my entire roles and responsibility in the citedventure. But my major and most important responsibility to increase market share andprofitability of company by deliver attractive and impressive product and services and satisfytheir needs and expectation.1.2Evaluation of own effectiveness against objectiveAs per the above discussion it has been ascertained that in the McDonald company, being amarketing manager i have various kinds of roles and responsibility toward firm. In order to fulfilthese all obligation i need to analyse myself so as I can assess my major strength and weaknessagainst determined objective. I have analysed that I have effective communication skill throughwhich I can influence and convince customer. With help of effective communication skill, i canalso effectively lead my marketing team and easily provide my knowledge and information tothem. In addition to this, i have also effective coordination skill which assists me in improvingmy collaboration with my marketing team (Benson, Morgan and Filippaios, 2014). By use ofthis trait, I can able to manage high level workload in an effective manner .In order to attain thedetermined objective, i have also analysed in my personality that i have effective timemanagement skill because i have manage lots of customers in a single time in the market.Furthermore, various kinds of marketing project can easily managed by me. However, i havelack of technical skill through which i am unable to prepare marketing report and record .i haveresponsibility to develop marketing campaign and promote McDonald product by use of socialmedia and internet but lack of technical skill i am unable to use computer. In addition to this, ihave also analysed that i have lack of presentation skill through which i am unable to give powerpoint presentation in team meeting. Moreover, i have lack of decision making power throughwhich i can not take frequent and fast decision related to marketing and promotional activities. 4
