Threat of New entrance:The company Zara and M&S is having a threat of new competitor or new launched organization as the both companies are clothing retail company and have a similarity in having issue and threat of new competitor in the market. The company Zara focuses on the product differentiation and M&S is keeping their focus on providing the wider range of products to deal with the challenges.
