members as well as workers of firm should focus on the objectives of company which are

Learning objectives: Business entity should be familiar with the policies along with the
procedure of Sunlight care home which assist in increasing the productivity as well as
proficiency. This will help in understanding the procedure of working of business entity (Duffy

Finding learning resources: There are different sources that are available in the business
