INTRODUCTION
Operations refer to all the appropriate activities and processes that are required to
effectively support functions of the organisation. One operation within companies is associated
with logistics, which is associated with the process of storing the raw materials in a proper
manner to ensure their effective usage while developing a product. Furthermore, another
operation associated with an organisation is supply chain management, which is purely
