INTRODUCTIONUnderstanding self and others emphasize on the skills, competencies as well asknowledge of an individual which is required to perform a task. It is basically a significant factorto develop the personality of an individual (Baron-Cohen, Tager-Flusberg and Lombardo, 2013).Thus, to be a part of social environment an individual must know as well as understand the needof others to relate with them. For the better understanding of reflective report has been preparedbased on the personal experience. Along with that it carries various skill to determine thestrength as well as weakness based on personal development plan (Masicampo, Martin andAnderson, 2014). MAIN BODYReflective personality development planPersonality development plan refer to the creation of action plan on the basis ofperformance, learning as well as achievement. It's primary purpose is to assist an employee sothat they fulfil their short term as well as long term career objective. It is basically used toenhance interpersonal skill, capabilities, knowledge as well as experience of an individual so thatthey can enhance their existing job performance (Černe and et. al., 2014). Moreover, in order tobuild great personality it is vital to determine the potential of an individual. This helps them togain the trait of a charismatic leader that make them different from the other people. Therefore,acquiring such competencies help an individual to attain the higher position (Salvatore and et.al., 2012).Negotiation What is the core skill to develop?The core skill that I need to develop is negotiation skill, adoption of such skill helps in settlingthe dispute among the member. It helps in creating win win situate for both the parties so thatboth of them feels satisfied and reduces the chances of conflict or dispute among them. Thus,adoption of such skill helps in the company by guiding effective solution in order to control theinternal dispute as well as conflict. Why this core skill important?This skill is significant to dissolve the chances of conflict as well as any internal disputes thatarises within the same department or different department.
