INTRODUCTION
The modern era is of digital technology impacting hugely on business activities of any
organisation increasingly and effective. It is done through using internet, mobile and
telecommunication for operating business activities. The present report is based on
understanding significance of digital technology on business activities of “Cloudreach”. It is
private sector information technology service provider of UK providing telecommunication
services to a million people of the world. In this regard, several aspects of project management
have been described for task accomplishments. Similarly, data collection methods to identify
organisation's performance and generating several ideas for implementation will be introduced.
Moreover, various approaches used for project can be identified for research. Including this,
reflection on individual's ability for project is to be mentioned which affect personality and
professionalism. Therefore, all tools for project is to be understood on digital technology impact
on organisation's effectiveness.

implementation (Tekalp, 2015). Thus, interpretation of all activities and research plan can

Through this project, I improved different skills like; communication skills, team
building, problem solving and so on. In this regard, I learned to encourage workers for effective
coordination in team work and supporting effectively. However, for creating positive
environment of the organisation, I learned to handle the situations patiently that impacted on my
personality and behaviour. Including this, I listened towards workers' problems and created
efforts for solving out them increased problem-solving skills. Accordingly, I enhanced
knowledge regarding digital techniques for business operations. Thus, this project is beneficial
for me to grab positive changes and improving skills effectively.
M3 Appropriate tools and techniques for accuracy and authenticity with recommendations
In respect to provide recommendations, it can be stated that different tools and techniques
will be used at workplace of the Cloudreach. The company can implement systematically
research design, approaches, etc. that helps to ascertain final conclusion at workplace. With the
help of the different tools and techniques digital technology will be implemented in the selected
business so that aims and objectives will be attain easily.
M4 Performance review
With the help of review performance of Cloudreach, it can be interpret that it is the best
way to attain overall profits and revenue at workplace. In this context, decision-making process
consist changes and development for the project management plan that helps to support different
task and activities at workplace. Furthermore, it also ascertains positive outcomes in the process
to make several changes to support the activities.
