This research project investigates the significance of cyber security in data management within the context of a business. It utilizes a case study of IBS Investment Bank to explore the impact of cyber security on various business functions, including customer money investment, bank image, and profitability. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, including a survey of 100 IBS Bank employees and qualitative interviews with key personnel. The findings highlight the critical role of cyber security in safeguarding data, protecting customer information, and maintaining the bank's reputation. The research also emphasizes the need for robust cyber security measures and the importance of employee awareness and training to mitigate cyber threats.
