INTRODUCTION
Working with and leading people is a very essential concept for all the business
learners. This provides the effective ways of leadership skills and governing the organization.
Human resource is a sole important part of every organization. The united parcel services is
the largest company throughout the world basically related with the delivery of packages and
providing supply chain administration methods. The headquarters of the company are located
at the sub parts of greater Atlanta which consists cities like sandy springs, Georgia and US.
The daily basis package of a company is greater than 14 million for 6 million consumers in
200 more nations and regions across globally. The company is famous for its trade mark
brown conveyance automotive vehicle and uniforms, therefore it is called by the name brown.
UPS having its independent airline or it started its own airline for loading transportation
services. The several operations associated with the company are US domestic process and
international package. It provides the managing strategies and various governing functions in
order to run the organization in an effective and efficient manner. In this session there are
several processes related with recruitment, selection and others are discussed (Winn, 2013).

(Bloomfield, 2013).

according to the application for job or job applicative requests. It is the process of prime
selection the high-grade endowment with respect to the rightness of the nominee. Generally it
