In fact, this company is popular for its trademark browndelivery and because of this, company is also named as “Brown”. This assignment is all aboutmanagement of UPS by highlighting hidden issues and barriers which influence their successpath. In fact, it shows proper documentation of recruiting and selecting the best candidates forovercoming problems faced by enterprise. Apart from this, report is going to understand differentlearning styles for applying it on their company and influence of leadership on entire association.Therefore, major purpose of assignment is to motivate employees to perform their work in ateam by coordinating with each other. At the end, it shows assessment process for identifying thedevelopment needs to every individual. TASK 11.1 Documentation for recruitment processUPS is one of the famous parcel companies which provides delivery services acrossinternational boundaries at right time by having its branches in around 220 countries andterritories (Frieden and Winnegar, 2012). In fact, this enterprise delivers more than 15 millionpackages in a day to almost 7.9 million domestic as well as foreign consumers and the firm ispopular in the world because of their fast services. Additionally, it also operates own airlineservices and air cargo delivery for transferring goods and services at a right time at a right place.But in the past few years, UPS is facing few problems related with leadership, management andadministration which influence their entire business operations (Maznevski, 2013). Furthermore,due to this, almost 50 employees and few senior managers left the enterprise which shaken theroot of a company. Therefore, to overcome these problems, supervisor of UPS is going toconduct recruitment and selection process for hiring new or deserving candidates. Hence,appropriate documentation is described as follows:- Step 1:- Advertised position and empty vacancy at marketplace by highlighting requiredcapabilities Step 2:- Monitoring and reviewing resume for shortlist eligible candidates1

Therefore, for continuingthe recruitment process, HR team has to consider certain steps which are necessary to fulfil theselection process legally. According to law, few questions are considered as illegal and recruiterdoes not have authority to ask. Hence, examples of exempted or unacceptable queries aredetailed as below:-Questions related with race, religion and caste are seen as illegal Selection on the basis of gender is not accepted at workplace as according to law rules,it is considered to be unlawful. Queries related with pregnancy must be avoided.Except salary expectation other questions which are linked with financial condition areconsidered to be illegal. 2
