INTRODUCTION
Talent management is one of the crucial part of organisation that is significant in order to
successfully and effectively carry out business practices. This is essential in order to increase
performance and capability of business as well as attaining desired goals and objectives. Talent
management practices of business assist in successfully managing talented employees of
business and enhancing their performance to attain business objectives. In hospitality industry, it
is important for company to successfully managing talented workforce so that different activities
can be completed in right time (Gallardo-Gallardo, Thunnissen, and Scullion, 2020). This report
is based on Hilton hotel. This is one of the well known hotel chain in global brand and providing
effective products and services to customers in order to meet with customer needs. This
organisation was developed in year 1919 and founder of Hilton organisation is Mclean, Virginia,
U.S. Hilton hotel is providing its products and services to global market area. This report
includes information regarding the concept of talent management and its different aspects. In this
primary and secondary research is determined as well as different analytical tools has been
considered.

According to point of view of (), it has been assess that it is necessary to increase
understanding level of talent management within hospitality sector for conducting different
practices in an appropriate manner (Anlesinya and Amponsah-Tawiah, 2020). Talent
management is determined as a step that is taken by business organisation in order to
appropriately manage practices related to company. It signifies procedure of handling talent of
workforce of organisation in addition with considering correct decision that helps in retaining
knowledgeable subordinate for long period of time. The appropriate talent administration
practices of Hilton Hotel will be capable to choose right or capable subordinate for conducting
different practices within business organisation. This is determined as a significant part of
organisation that imposes direct effect on company and successfully executing task of company.
Talent management is necessary to conduct different kind of practices that help in retaining
talent or competence of subordinate within company in order to achieve goal in timely manner.
This is important in enhancing performance level of company by improving and retaining
employees for a longer period of time. For talent management, it is necessary to and conduct
tactics related to talent ministration in hospitality industry.

As per point of view of (), to assess the issue that is confronted by business organisation in
respect of talent administration and there are different ways to overcome from them like there are
various issues which is faced by management team in order to conduct different activity in
proper manner. If the HR manager of organisation recruits talented subordinate then they
perform their work in proper manner and conduct different things in according to need of
customer. Therefore, it is necessary for HR manager to confront issue related to recruiting right
candidate, providing training and appraisal to them and many more. And, their main purpose is
to overcome from these issues for conducting different task in better way.

data as well as information for conducting business practices (Shet, 2020). In addition to this, it
is important for investigator to determine and assess both primary and secondary research for
assessing most appropriate data and information to organise practices related to research.
Therefore, primary and also secondary research is going to be mentioned below:
Primary research is determined as a strategy for collecting data and information that
assists in assessing and also assembling valuable information that provide direction related viable
examination. This kind of information is determined as a first given data & information collected
by specialist and it is determined as a proprietor of information. There are various strategies used
in collecting important data by adopting different kind of source such as survey, questionnaire,
by using different kind of meeting and many more. In addition to this, the advantage or benefit of
primary source for collecting information is it is important strategy and tactics that result in
having more appropriate information which is necessary for researcher to conduct it in proper
way. It is also considered as a extravagant tool for collecting information that assists in collecting
