Thus, the concept of cultural diversity is mainly associated with a fair recruitment and selection
process that emphasis on recruitment of talented candidates from diverse culture without any
kind of discrimination. Therefore, current investigation is lead out on Lotus car Ltd which is well
known British automotive company the headquarter of which is located in Norfolk, England to
