This research project aims to determine the role of new and innovative ways of working in achieving a strategic approach to talent management. The case study focuses on Marks and Spencer, a major British multinational retailer. The project explores the concept and importance of strategic talent management, analyzes new and innovative methods of working and managing talent in Marks and Spencer, and examines the problems faced by the company during the implementation of these methods. The research includes a questionnaire and data analysis to provide insights and recommendations for talent management in the organization.
