business performance by using methods that may assist in improving productivity of employees.
Present project is based on Marks & Spencer, is a popular British multinational company operate their
commercial activities in over the world for generating higher profit. The primary focus of this
company is to retain as well as attract talented workers for improvising overall performance at
competitive market place.
