Talent management is a continuous procedure which include attracting as well as retaining high-
quality staff members, enhance their skills, encouraging them to improve their performance as
well (Amiri and Safariolyaei, 2017). In addition to this, it is referred as the strategic
management flow of talent by an organisation. For the present investigation, Marks and Spencer
is taken into consideration. It is a major British multinational retailer which was established in
year 1884 and headquartered in England, United Kingdom. The company specialise in selling
home products, clothing, food products and has more than 1463 stores globally.
