used. The primary data is used in form of

fo chart and figures the theme was analysed.
Cost- the cost is defined as the amount of money which is being levied by the researcher
in completing the whole research. The cost is high for the research as there are many different
activities which are undertaken for the completion of the whole research. In the present research

workplace discrimination over the market share and goodwill of business organization. This is
because of the reason that there is discriminating polices used within the company then the

CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION
With the whole study it is evident that for getting success most essential thing is the
management and maintenance of equality and diversity within the company. The most essential
within this management is the taking care of the discrimination relating to workplace. The
discrimination relating to workplace is defined as the mistreating of the workers on various basis
like gender, age, income, experience and many others. The research outlined that in the company

working of the research on the direction of success. The research listed out the fact that mian
influence of high workplace discrimination is the stress and mental pressure and the decreasing
productivity of the employees. But the research also highlighted the fact that the workplace
discrimination removal is very essential for the success of the research.
From the above analysis of the whole study it seen that there are some of the measures
which the company need to apply in order to manage the workplace discrimination and to reduce
it.
The most important recommendation is that the company must create an environment
which is very cordial and friendly. This is majorly because of the reason that this healthy and
coordinated environment will motivate the employees to work in much better and effective
manner which will result in the increase in the productivity of company.
Another recommendation for the company is to comply with all the rules and regulation
and laws relating to the equality. This is due to the fact that this will create a better working
environment as the employees will not be mistreated as all the laws are being followed.
REFLECTION
With the connected study I learnt that managing of discrimination relating to workplace
is very essential for the business. Also, it was seen that the framing of the aim and objectives was
a very tough task but it was a very important task. This is due to the fact that whole of the
research is based over the aim and objective only. This is due to the reason that making of aim
and objective is tough task and I encountered many difficulties. But then after the help of the
tutor I was able to make the aim and objective in much better manner. Further I used the
quantitative research which was very helpful as this assisted in analysing the data which is
numeric and this provided with more of better and accurate results.
Also, I was able learn various kinds of attributes and skills such as management of time,
communication, team working and many others. In the end it is concluded that I need to improve
some of the skills like researching skills, coordination skill. Thus, for this the action plan is that I
will try to research more of the websites before taking any of the information as this will increase
my researching skill. For the improvement of coordination skill, I need to work more in a team
so that is will improve my coordination skill.
Also, with assistance of study I learnt that all the methods used for the research were
good and effective but for some methods the researcher could have sued some else. For instance,

instead using the quantitative research, the researcher could have used the qualitative approach as
this will helped the researcher in increasing the knowledge base of the consumers. Also, instead
of using both the method of primary and secondary source of data collection the researcher could
have focused over the secondary source more. This is due to the reason that this will provide
more of accurate data and information.
