As per perspective of Vlacseková (2019) employees motivation is kind of empower which used to
by people to aware, valuing firm, rewarding achievement, and acknowledging the good behavior for the
purpose of increasing organizational activities and morale. In relation to Morrison, management uses the
motivation schemes and filling all needs of their employees which can help to retain them for long period
and accomplish the business goals.

Focus on company culture- This can help to maintain good relationship and increase the
business performance by managing all functions effectively Bryson and White, 2019).
The benefits of staff motivation in an organization.
As per opinion of (Pantitanonta, 2020), Motivation to employees is the level of energy, attraction,
determination of innovation and technology in the organization where employees are engaged in all
activities for the purpose of running their business. If employees are motivated then it gives various
benefits such as:
Improving employee efficiency- Motivation is needed aspects that should provide by management
to their employees as it improve the employee efficiency that provide greatest outcomes. Employees
started to feel good and get the job satisfaction while working (Pham, Bui and Hoang, 2020) .
Discipline – For running a business, motivation increases the self discipline between employer and
employees. As subordinates of Morrison follow superior and maintain the ordered behaviour by engaging
all staff and managing the functions properly.

Research philosophy
It is defined as an opinion concerning how data is collected, used, and assessed by
investigators. In relation to present research motivation schemes and managing employees’
positivism philosophy will be use as it help to develop the understanding and managing the
resources (Pfister and Lukka, 2019).
Research approach
It's the method that researchers use to analyse the data they've obtained successfully. For the
proper review of statistical data, it is divided into two ways, known as inductive and
deductive approaches. The deductive strategy will be used by the investigator because it is
effective in analysing numerical data (ANAS and NADKARNI, 2020).
